Link in GoodNotes teilen
Da wir ganz viele externe Anbieter in GoodNotes integrieren, wäre es dringend nötig, diese Links mit unseren Schülern zu teilen.
Es fehlt die Möglichkeit den Schülern ein Textfeld oder den Link über z.B. AirDrop zu schicken.
Sehr gut wäre auch ein QR Code Leser, um in GoodNotes QR Codes direkt aus einem Bild zu öffnen.1 vote -
Automatic Handwriting Smoothing
A feature for automatic handwriting smoothing and beautification, similar to Apple’s Notes app, would enhance the handwriting appearance in GoodNotes, making it look more natural and consistent while improving the overall user experience. Especially for people with bad handwriting this would be a magnificent upgrade!

Function to freeze inserted image in place
Hey,
When writing on top of an inserted image whilst having zoomed in on said image, it sometimes occurs that whilst trying to move the visible area instead the whole image is moved/ the positioning of the image on the page is moved.
This happens because the image was accidentally selected and therefore made movable.To counteract this it would be nice to implement a feature that allows the user to "freeze an inserted image in place", meaning it can not be selected (and therefore not moved) anymore until it is "unfrozen".

Please flatten the exported images into PDFs that don't warp files
Please go back to the original flattened PDFs, that allow work to be flattened and not warped. Now the file sizes are huge, layers do not print well, and PDF's can change greatly depending on how you view them. THIS SUCKS. I've had issues since the past update, and never had an issue in the past several years I used this app.

Stop Highlighter Overlap
If we had brighter highlighters we wouldn't have to overlap them. It also drives me nuts how when highlighting anything handwritten it immediately darkens the colors. Using the lasso tool to "Send Back" the highlighter is a waste of time.
I'm not saying remove the overlap feature all together, but give us the option to toggle it on or off.11 votes -
Update Idea: Hide Pages Instead of Deleting Them
Currently, GoodNotes does not offer a way to temporarily hide pages without deleting them. Users who want to remove certain pages from view must delete them permanently. This lack of flexibility makes it harder to structure notes effectively and increases the risk of accidental data loss. Enable users to hide pages temporarily without deleting them, providing an intuitive and visually clear way to manage hidden pages.
How It Would Work
• A new “Hide Page” option would be added to the same menu as “Delete Page.”

Moving viewport of document with mouse
Please add support for third party mouses that when you are in normal mode you can click and hold the document and then move the document. It would be extremely helpful because I often work with large pages as infinity canvas and I can't move the viewport to a different location with a mouse.

Option to Adjust Folder & Notebook Icon Sizes in Menu
With the recent update, folder and notebook sizes in the menu view have been reduced, making them appear much smaller. While some users may prefer this, others might find it harder to navigate or recognize their folders and notebooks easily. It would be great to have an option to customize their sizes, allowing users to make them larger if needed for better visibility and usability. A simple size adjustment setting would ensure that everyone can personalize their menu experience to their preference.

모든 텍스트 상자의 폰트를 한꺼번에 바꿀 수 있게 해주세요.
굿노트로 공동 작업을 하고 있습니다.
그런데 멤버마다 선호하는 폰트가 다릅니다. 텍스트 상자에 적용되는 글꼴을 한번에 원하는 폰트로 바꾸는 기능이 있으면 좋겠습니다.
pc버전에서라도 텍스트 상자 글꼴 바꾸는 버튼을 편집 기능에 넣거나, ctrl+클릭 등의 방법으로 텍스트 상자를 복수로 선택해서 폰트를 한 번에 바꿀 수 있게 부탁드립니다.9 votes -
Group and Ungroup items
Please give the option for users to group and ungroup items. "Send to back" and "Send to front" is not enough. For example, a user pastes an image with text. User highlights text on image. If the image is selected (even in error), the highlight is moved to back and no longer visible. I can select "Send to front" but it is no longer aligned with the text on the image.

Different scales for ruler
I am an Architect and often use Good Notes for plans with different scales.

Es wäre cool, wenn bei schrieben im Text Modul, man die Stichpunkte unterschiedlich auswählen kann. z.B. Bindestiche oder Pfeile
Zudem sind die jetzigen Stichpunkte zu groß, die müssten etwas kleiner sein

Show comments under thumbnails + Highlight text and add comment
Right now it is really hard to resolve comments in large documents with few comments, because the visibility of the small comment icon is quite low. (Sticky notes are not great since they block whats behind them). It would be a small but really appreciated feature to indicate on the thumbnail preview, that there are comments made to a document page (similar to the indicator for pages added to favorites. It would also be a great improvement to the usefulness of comments, to add an option to comment selected handwriting or text, and slightly highlight it for example.
