Rearranging file Order
Please see attached:
In this screen - it would be wonderful if you could rearrange the order of your files, just by dragging them. It would greatly improve workflow speed and file management.

Automatically copy converted text to pasteboard
I convert my handwriting to text very very often. After doing so, I have to touch the Share-Arrow and then touch "Copy" — two steps that add friction.
Please provide a "copy to pasteboard" checkbox on the conversion panel. If checked, the text will be copied after conversion, and also copied (and recopied) as I make edits.
And, of course, remember the state of the checkbox so I can check it once and never touch it again :-)

Vertical and horizontal page adding
I just realized that other people had this idea. But to solve the confusion that may arise you can number the secondary motion pages eg. horizontal as 1.a, 1.b,etc. And one way to limit complexity is that you can't add a page below an a.b.c pages. Only to the main page.

Export without extra steps
The ability to export PDF's to GoodNote without having to leave my current screen in order to import the document.
It would be great if GoodNotes would just have a pop up window appear so that i can continue to export instead of having to go back and forth repetitively.

Annotation & Editing Tool: Loupe / Persisting Zoom Region
The feature I am suggesting is a new annotation tool similar to the loupe feature of the Preview application on MacOS devices.
This tool allows the user to create a circular region on a document being edited that enlarges ('zooms') the document elements underneath it, to show detail.
For items that are underneath which are fonts, SVG, or other scalable formats, the zoom appropriately scales those elements upon creation or release of the tool. For items that are underneath which are images with a higher source resolution than what the document is showing, the zoom appropriately re-renders the zoomed region…2 votes -

I have to use macos mojave, because I need Adobe illustrator cs6 as design software for my small business coffee roasters. Adobe cloud version ist too expensive for my use

Built in digital planner feature
Allow people the chance to create digital planners with hyper links to months and weeks of each year that is specified. Note shelf 2 already has this. I think Goodnotes needs this as well. The CCP virus will mean this feature will become extremely important as people will need a way to track their daily activities.

Ganze Datei kopieren statt nur duplizieren
Ist es möglich in Zukunft die Option einzufügen, dass man ganze Dateien (Notizbücher etc.) kopieren und in einem anderen Ordner einfügen kann? Bei duplizieren wird immer die Datei umbenannt und bei Bewegen ist sie im Ursprungsordner natürlich nicht mehr vorhanden.

Context menu for files in file list
Replace the current option menu with the iOS 13 context menu (long tap) for files in file list. This would provide a better user experience on both iOS and macOS since context menus are used a lot. Also I think that having to tap on the title is not really convenient.

Draw arc / partial elipse
Shape draw tool corrects all tries to draw an arc or only part of an elipse (for example, to draw rounded arrows) to either a straight line or a complete circle; partial would be useful

Save Untitled Pages to Existing Notebook
I have an iOS shortcut that opens a new, untitled document with just a quick tap so that, when the office phone rings, I’m ready with something to write on. When the phone call is over, the process of saving the untitled document into an existing notebook (which is very common), involves 15 (!) steps: 1) open page view of newly created document; 2) tap “select”; 3) select pages to copy; 4) tap “copy”; 5) tap “done”; 6) tap “close”; 7) tap “save as untitled”; 8) navigate to the existing notebook; 9) open notebook; 10) open page view; 11) click…

Size on screen equals size on printout
A function for setting the size on screen to be equal to the size on printout (like on Preview app in macOS). This would ensure that the size of the text/diagram on the screen can be reflected on a 1:1 scale to how it would look like when it is printed out. Such a function will give users a greater sense of context when using the app, especially if the exported note has to be printed.
For example, in the screenshot below, the width of the PDF open on the computer is equal to the width of an A4 paper…

Auto-capitalisation based on iOS system preference
When adding / changing the name of a workbook or document, I noticed that there is no auto-capitalisation, while I have that enabled in my general iOS settings.
Is that something that can be added in the future?

Take more front setting in "defeat"
goodnotes 5 has just one type of front and colour can be saved as "defeat" and for user tying their doc using this setting evertime.
I want to ask for more "defeat setting" maybe 2 to 3

to put a pdf document on a Goodnotes document. This document is will be show as a pdf image (I attach an example). When the user click on the document will be opened as a normal Goodnotes page.

Remove toast message after undo
Remove the banner on top after undo, as ist distracts while working, without any benefit. As soon as I undo, I notice the change in the content anyways.
