Customise side bar tools
I would like to be able to customise the tools that pop up when i squeeze my Apple Pencil, so that i can switch more quickly between those i need.

Automatically Load new notebooks with lots of pages - rather than having to add them individually
When you create a new notebook, it only loads with one page, and you have to go in and add new ones individually. Can you please add a feature where you can create a notebook with a preloaded number of pages (eg 100, 200 or custom) so that you don't have to add new ones every time?

Outlines of PDF (Books) are absent in Window PC version
The current Windows version of GoodNote (my Version# 171116-rc20) surprisingly don't have outlines of the book while they are implemented in Macbook or ipad. I expect this to be a very simple feature request but quite useful for people browsing a book on GoodNote. I hope it could be added on as a new feature.

Bonjour j’ai une idée rajouter + de choix de couleur (unis) pour les flash cart comme ça, nous pouvons utiliser chaque matière une couleur c’est beaucoup plus simple d’organisation. Merci !!

Zoom Box Needs Work
1) Apple Pencil “Hover” Not Applied
The apple pencil “hover” feature does NOT work when using the zoom box. The hover feature only works when writing directly in the main document, without the zoom box activated.
2) Hold To Convert Does Not Register
Holding to convert stroke does not register in zoom box or the blue highlighted box that progress page to create writing space.
example: you’re using the zoom box to write -> the blue highlight box appears to alert you it’s time to progress the text line > you make your next stroke inside of the blue area,…

Zoom usage makes it almost unusable
Zoom minimum is 25%, I can't zoom out any further, despite still not being able to see the whole page. When I try, it snaps back to 25. I've tried the "add another bigger page" hack and I cannot make it work. Please change the zoom system so we can view an entire page at once.

Selection tool: toggle shape selection on or off
When using the selection tool, one can choose which type of objects should be selected or ignored with the toggles. This is not possible for shapes, either the ones drawn using the pen and snapping or the ones using the shape tool. Adding a toggle would make things a lot easier.
