"Fullscreen"-Button, Consistent scrolling gesture throught app and template sizes
Dear Team,
just as the most video apps you can convert via one button to a "fullscreen" option. This would be great for the writing paper to have one button on the top right to activate a fullscreen option for that the page you are writing on fits perfektly with only slight bezels left and right but still keeps all tool functions on the top pinned. Also this funktion shall then only allow to scroll as you have setup the scrolling direction. Yes, a double tap on the paper converts to the "fullscreen" option but doesn't lock on to that before chosen scrolling direction.
My next point is that it is truly anoying that I have to scroll with two fingers on the page but when I change to the overview to my notebooks I select with this same gesture the notebooks. Please swith back to either scroll with one finger or be consistent that one has to scroll with both in all menue listings.
Further it would be great to not only choose the template as you already have (for. e.g. DIN A4, Letter, etc) but also choose the grid size or line seperation. Just as in GoodNotes4 with DIN A3 and the option of small, medium, large grid or line seperation.
But now for the best part! Thanks for creating such an awesome app! I'm using it since the very first day I bought my iPad Pro (over two years ago) and there is not one other app I'm using several hours per day that gets me so productive! Big THX to the entire team!

UX improvement
There are two small improvements for UX.
When a user exports some of his/her pages, he/she goes into the grid view, selects a few pages, presses "export" and share it, then presses "Done" and "Close" to continue working. It is worth noting that, "Done" is on the top right corner of the window, yet "Close" is on the top left, with "Select" on the right. That means, if he/she doesn't look carefully or press "Done" twice, he/she will again enter the selection mode, rather than quickly returning to work. (See video1). This could be confusing.
I suggest rearranging the buttons' position so that one can easily export pages and then return working fast.Although there is a button for jumping between pages, when someone wants to go to another page far away, intuitively he/she scrolls up/down fast. When that happens, no assistance is provided -- no scroll bar, no tips, etc.
I suggest that when the user scrolls fast and goes for over several pages (like 5), the app provides some sort of assistance. For example, currently a small indicator would pop up at the bottom left corner of the page (see video2). It can be used as a button: when user clicks it, a "Go To Page" window shows up.

While editing a note, sort the tabs at the top by the date they have been edited last time
While editing a note on my iPad, there is a row of tab's at the top showing other notebooks. I don't understand how those are sorted. Anyhow, I suggest to sort the tabs by the date when those documents have been edited last. This would be, IMO, the most useful sorting.

Lock zoom and page with button
As a left hander it often happens that the page jumps or the zoom changes while writing. It would be nice to have a button which locks the zoom and the position of the page. Alternatively I would like to have a sidebar on the left side to put my hand to reduce the page jumps and zoom changes.

Have the pen auto align when there is recognizable text underneath. So you don’t have to keep switching between pens and so it looks nicer
The PDF has text underneath and the pen will automatically straighten when drawn under it. Same with highlighting. That way you aren’t thinking about which pen you are using and thinking about the actual information

mini-toolbar for on zoom box
Add a mini toolbar when the zoomed function is being used. This will allow us to quickly switch between three or more multiple tools without having to reach up to the menubar to do so.
The recommended tools are: pen, eraser, highlighter and maybe the shape tool.4 votes -
Ability to upload pen/brush styles like in procreate!
A function like how you can download paper templates but for pen styles.

Scrollbar
Like PDFExpert, a Scrollbar which you can drag and jump very fast to a specific spot. Unique would be that the scrollbar appears on the opposide of what you setted regarding right-or left-handed.

Attach notes to highlights in PDF
There should be a function to add text/handwritten notes to highlights/or anywhere in the document in PDF reader. After adding the the text/notes, the text box can minimize into an icon next to the highlighted area.
The notes can be compiled and exported/email/printed with or without the document. Information (page no of document/highlighted passages) can be displayed together with/without the notes when exported. This provides easy reference to the notes.

MORE PENS!!
More pens on the top tool bar -- I like to have a certain color for certain parts of my notes for medical school. I.e. green for treatment, red for disorder, blue for diagnosis, and then I write everything else in black so I keep having to go back and forth. Instead of like 3 choices being available at one time, having 5 or 6 would be awesome

Date-Name option and to organize Folders
My idea goes about the Date-Name option that we have to organize Folders and Docs. In my case it’s useful to organize my folders in Name mode, but inside my folders I usually create documents with Dates as their name. I wonder if you can develop the possibility to order like folders with one option (ie Name) and inside the folder order docs by date. Thanks and I’m enjoying GoodNotes 5 very much.

"Go Back" feature
Goodnotes 4 had a feature whereby one could "go back" to the last page one had viewed in the document. This feature is not available in Goodnotes 5. I request that this feature be added to Goodnotes 5.

Sync with bunch of cloud services
We definitely need to sync data of GoodNotes with other cloud storage services rather than iCloud!
Since we only have 5GB with default in iCloud, it’s pretty hard to maintain available storage.Please add a ability to link with cloud storages that we usually use.(including Box, GoogleDrive, OneDrive, Dropbox etc.)

Add ability to pin the search sidebar
I would like the be able to pin the search sidebar to quickly look thru search results. Also, I would like to be able to double click on text (Mac version) to select text that I can paste in the search query.
