  2. Gestures

    For example, if you cross a handwritten word out, it deletes it automatically. Underlining words creates a headline. Or if you draw a star, it marks the position. This feature already exists in Microsoft Journal.

  3. With Windows Ink, please disable stroke thickness adjustment based on stroke speed

    My use scenario: ordinary touchless notebook + handwriting board
    Problem: When using the tablet, in addition to adjusting the stroke thickness based on pressure, it also adjusts the stroke thickness based on the stroke speed, and I want to disable the latter one

  5. Please make like the IOS version ASAP, we already have in Samsung notes the possibility of handwriting to text. We need more fonts and math

    Please make like the IOS version ASAP, we already have in Samsung notes, the handwriting to Tex feature and still don’t have in goodnotes. We also need more fonts, the possibility to import fonts, math converter, change the order of the pages and etc.

  6. Add the option of exporting only a page

    It would be great to have the option of exporting individual pages of a notebook instead of having to export the whole thing.

    Also, the text tool could have more fonts.

    The app is lagged and the writing is slow.

  8. Way to disable Comments.

    I have to keep moving my pen or else the pop up will appear for adding a comment. This really sucks for when I'm trying to gather my thoughts on what to write next and I don't want to lift my pen off the screen. I haven't used comments at all yet, but its shortcut has been a crippling nuisance for the last month.

  10. quick switch between pen and eraser using stylus button

    It would be nice if the button on active styluses like spen can be used to quickly switch between pen and eraser. Right now it is a hassle to constantly change to eraser and back to the pen.

  12. Ability to copy elements from the notebook to paste it in other software (such as Office)

    It will be awesome to be able to paste elements from my notebook to other software, such a Word document.

  14. lagging

    Sometimes the app wont let me zoom around or move the page and sometimes when I'm writing the pen glitches and the writing disappears.

  15. Lag

    I really wanted to like this as I have switched from iOS to Android and was excited to us it on my S8. Disappointing at best

    (1) lag time for almost everything. It took on average 20 to 25 seconds to erase, write, or zoom and have the page focus.
    (2) ease of switching from pen to erasers to shapes was non existent
    (3) loading was horrible

    I understand this is a beta but considering the ios version is essentially seamless I thought the program would be better prepared to cross platforms.

  16. Full version for Windows 11 users like GoodNotes 5 is a must

    GoodNotes 5 is an exceptional app for an effective and efficient Notetaking experience and an excellent teaching tool for teachers too. Having the same features for Windows users is essential to have the same experience and benefits as a teaching tool. When can we expect a full version for windows?

  20. Ability to resize without changing the thickness of the object

    I wish that it would be possible to resize an object without changing its thickness.
