  1. I've been used 'Drawboard PDF' application, but hand writing was almost unavailable because of the absence of palm rejection function.
So, I think it will be profitable to add palm rejection function on GoodNotes' Window version.

Hi there! We do currently support palm rejection feature. Have you experienced any circumstances where any of your palm touches were recorded as input? If so, please provide us with more details so that we can look into why it's not working/

  2. having the ability to type text using the kyboard is extremely important, especially for students like me who write a lot during classes and need to do it fast

  3. Handwriting to font capabilities would be nice for those with messy handwriting, also being able to change the font as well as download new fonts

  4. Goodnotes it's designed firstly for students, and so it should be avaiable anywhere and in any moment, even without internet connection. So I think that Goodnotes for Windows should be avaiable Offline, this would also allow to have a less laggy drawing experience. The launch of new Goodnotes for Windows can be successful or a disaster (like the update that made MS Whiteboard an internet only app so with no more offline usage)

  5. Hello dear developers,
I always work with different templates.
When I work with the black template, I always have to laboriously switch the pen colors.
Is it not possible to save the pen colors together with the worksheet?

Furthermore, more sheet colors would be nice, e.g. gray, red and green.
I am aware that I could create my own templates. But most of the time the grid does not fit.
Why not do it the same way as with the pens, that the background color can also be chosen from a color table?
    Many greetings Ernst

  7. On the one hand, I would find importing files very important. In addition, I lack the function to insert my own pictures or pdf's as a booklet template. There are too many differences in the thickness of the pins. The smallest step is too thin compared to medium, which is already very thick. Otherwise, maybe text fields or similar for typing with a keyboard. In addition, of course, sharing or exporting would be very helpful. Maybe just have a look on some functions of Goodnotes 5.

  8. I downloaded the app because I'm jealous of all the Apple users and the good notes app. I love the functionality that I witness others being able to use. This Android version has a long way to go. The first two things that I would like to see happen is horizontal scrolling and hyperlinks working. For example I have a 365-day journal but I cannot click on the hyperlinked days to jump from date to date. And I cannot horizontally scroll I have to vertical scroll all the way from January 1st to current date. That is tedious and very…

  11. Similarly to IOS it would be great to have a "pressure pen" that varies in thickness depending on the pressure

  13. Because the functionality is so incredibly limited, I'm guessing the beta was released just to see what the interest level was.

I would suggest adding far more features so that we can really get excited about having the full version, just like the iOS one. You could set up pre-orders even!

The beta does not give me any incentive to want to switch from my current pdf markup app. From what I've seen others do with the iOS version though, I would switch in a heartbeat if this version were anything like that.

Give us something to get excited about…

  15. Allow the eraser option to either remove by stroke or just the way it is
Making our own pallete (this would include a colour picker)
Allow the users to have the ability to control their pen stabiliser (similar to that of digital drawing softwe)
Making our own page templates or importing from the web
    Pinning pens with different colours
Most windows styli has two buttons it would be great to allow the user to change commands between those two buttons
Zooming in and out is a bit laggy as well as writing very quickly
    Costumising page size
    Brush imports or…

  19. Regarding the "open document in web" option, I would like that instead of having to copy the link and paste it in the web browser (which for windows users is very annoying since they have to type the link in a random place to being able to paste it to the windows pc browser), being able to directly log in from the windows "goodnotes" web. So there is no need to copy or paste the link and it is more secure.

Thank you for your feedback. We'd need more information to understand this better.

Are we correct in understanding that you'd like to have an option to open a document in web from Windows app. If so, could you please elaborate on your needs to open a document in web vs viewing it in directly in our Windows app.
