  5. It is currently a little difficult to navigate through notebooks as they get larger, as the navigation bar shows previews of entire pages.

The ability to mark certain points as section dividers or add headings or any other way to make a table of contents would make navigation much easier.

  6. Hello dear developers,
I always work with different templates.
When I work with the black template, I always have to laboriously switch the pen colors.
Is it not possible to save the pen colors together with the worksheet?

Furthermore, more sheet colors would be nice, e.g. gray, red and green.
I am aware that I could create my own templates. But most of the time the grid does not fit.
Why not do it the same way as with the pens, that the background color can also be chosen from a color table?
    Many greetings Ernst

  7. Stylus Pen has an erase button, which can switch to eraser mode when holding the button and dragging to an area. It works on most applications on Windows but is currently not supported by GoodNotes.

  8. I've been used 'Drawboard PDF' application, but hand writing was almost unavailable because of the absence of palm rejection function.
So, I think it will be profitable to add palm rejection function on GoodNotes' Window version.

Hi there! We do currently support palm rejection feature. Have you experienced any circumstances where any of your palm touches were recorded as input? If so, please provide us with more details so that we can look into why it's not working/

  11. On a 4K display with 150% scaling set up in Windows, it is quite difficult to identify the different paper types when creating a new notebook. Most of the previews essentially look blank.
Instead of the scaled down version of a whole page, maybe the preview could show a clearly visible portion of the identifying element, e.g. just 2 rows of lines.

  12. I downloaded the app because I'm jealous of all the Apple users and the good notes app. I love the functionality that I witness others being able to use. This Android version has a long way to go. The first two things that I would like to see happen is horizontal scrolling and hyperlinks working. For example I have a 365-day journal but I cannot click on the hyperlinked days to jump from date to date. And I cannot horizontally scroll I have to vertical scroll all the way from January 1st to current date. That is tedious and very…

  16. It is almost impossible to use a planner using Goodnotes through windows as there is no way to jump around your document using hyperlinks. It is really frustrating and I am really not sure why it isn't a feature but working hyperlinks need to be added to the windows version of Goodnotes

  17. Because the functionality is so incredibly limited, I'm guessing the beta was released just to see what the interest level was.

I would suggest adding far more features so that we can really get excited about having the full version, just like the iOS one. You could set up pre-orders even!

The beta does not give me any incentive to want to switch from my current pdf markup app. From what I've seen others do with the iOS version though, I would switch in a heartbeat if this version were anything like that.

Give us something to get excited about…

  18. We can now import documents into Goodnotes which is AMAZING, but now I think it is more crucial than ever to be able to have text recognition, select texts, highlight texts, and add comments that are linked to the highlighted text. This probably also goes in line with being able to type text with a keyboard.
