2. Can you please admit this update was a flop?

   I’ve loved Goodnotes for years please don’t make me switch to something else!! I’m just really disheartened by the update and the almost complete radio silence on Goodnotes’ end. There was one thing on insta that said you were going to fix things but that was it. I’d be really impressed if y’all said “our bad” and take some time to redo this update. I’m sure so much work went into this, but I think it would be admirable if you either reverted and said that you would try again, or gave us the option to go back to Goodnotes 6 until you can rework most of the issues going on right now. You can’t keep being quiet about this and only promoting positive reviews forever, and the longer this goes on without more acknowledgement, the more your customers are going to feel betrayed and jaded even if you fix everything.

3. New Update sucks!!!

4. WE HATE THE UPDATE! BOYCOTT GOODNOTES UNTIL THEY LISTEN

   I cried about this update, and it switched mid-class!!! I was so confused and lost and couldn't keep up with my normal color-coding process. PLEASE CHANGE IT BACK TO THE OLD TOOLBAR!!! THIS UPDATE SUCKS. I'm ready to cancel my subscription. I WANT MY MONEY BACK. I'M READY TO SWITCH APPS such as Noteability!!!!!! As a student who relies on my notes, there should have been a warning or at the very least I should have been notified before it switched. GOODNOTES CLEARLY ISN'T LISTENING TO OUR DEMANDS. LETS ALL STOP USING IT! PLEASE LEAVE BETTER APP SUGGESTIONS BELOW.

    The new toolbar is unnecessary, and the shape tool sucks now. I don’t know what y’all did, but it was genuinely better before. Do you guys not test? Also, look this up online, I’m not the only one with complaints.

12. Let us revert to the previous version. I've been a GoodNotes promoter and it's been great. This new update is horrendous.

    Let us revert to Goodnotes 6. 7 is so bad I'm going to have to switch to a different app. And I'm a longtime Goodnotes user/promoter and not one to just pitch a fit. This is truly just a terrible update that has cost me way too much time.

14. Why are the devs pulling an apple

    Why do the devs keep fully redesigning a perfectly functional app and changing aspects that aren’t broken and work really well already? You guys are basically pulling an apple at this point. The app does not need a new UI every year. If it’s not broken, quit changing or remodeling or moving it. Just stop; I’m honestly so glad I graduate this year and can delete my account in a few months because frankly I’m over all the unnecessary unasked for changes.

    Since the 6.2.2 update, I cannot use goodnotes because it keeps crashing. no word from your customer service after countless submitted requests. fix the bugs and then we can talk features! the app DOESN’T WORK!

19. Fixing buggy experience

    The problem is that GoodNotes is publishing new features since months but they don’t work on improving it. You have all the time buggy experiences and the user experience is the worst.

20. Math Calculator, Measurement Unit Conversion and Currency Conversion, within the app

    I use GoodNotes to take notes during lectures but I also do a lot of my homework in this app. I wish I could at least perform some basic math calculations without leaving the app. Right now, if I want to do any calculations for math class or some other class, I need to leave the app in order to do a Google search or I have to use my phone to do it.

    It would be helpful if I could write out the problems with the Apple Pencil and GoodNotes would be able to help me perform some basic calculations. Of course, this would only work if GoodNotes first adds a feature to recognize written math problems and convert them into text using the proper math symbols.

    I definitely would love a feature like this because I use GoodNotes for my education and this feature would really help speed things up. It would also allow me to be focused on the task rather than being distracted in the process.

    Thanks for sharing your feedback. Would it work for you to open a calculator app as a slide over app and then just swipe it in from the side when it is needed? You won’t have to leave GoodNotes for it and you can easily make some quick calculations.
