Add a color matching tool
I use a lot of colors, and sometimes want to color match something. A color matching tool that can let me hover on an image or text and just get the exact color it’s written or drawn in without trying and failing to color match it perfectly.

Create synced blocks across pages
Have an option for a block of content to be copied to another page and any edits on either copy shows up on the other one. So for example, you could have a block of writing on a monthly calendar page and then sync it to a specific day's page so you don't have to rewrite everything. What you write on the monthly calendar for that day automatically shows up on the individual day page also.

Make Extra Margin Space In Imported PowerPoints
It would be super nice to have extra space to write sentences and phrases on the side or under imported PowerPoint instead of only being able to write on the slide. Writing on the slide helps highlight terms etc, but doesn't help any extra information a teacher/professor may say out loud, that's not a part of the slide.

Auto Position and Auto Grouping
I would love for my notes to auto position themselves properly and perhaps group together when im writing. For example when writing on paper you sometimes have to write on different sections of a page or printout (left side, right side, top, bottom, middle) and goodnotes doesn't do the without opening a different text box. And when trying to reposition all the text it doesnt move all your notes together without the user lassoing every little box you want instead of just grouping them and moving them all together. Accessibility Option - Invert
Allow for inverting colors of a document opened in the app. Nothing fancy like iOS smart invert needed; just invert all colors in document ignoring menu and drawing/highlighter colors. My eyes are sensitive to light, but I need to use an iPad to be able to view my textbooks in large print and take notes; I literally use sunglasses while studying, cause I require the contrast so lowering brightness doesn't help. Smart invert also doesn't work, and regular iOS invert is annoying to turn on and off as I am switching back and forth between apps during long and short…

Comment section concept but for notetaking
Sometimes when i annotate my power points, there's too much thing on it and not enough space for me to write. It could be useful if we could use the comments concept but not only write text, but also take notes.
Not sure if my idea is clear, but i would like a space where i can take note and draw whatever i want that will reduce, and i can drag wherever i want.

Unblurry Flashcards & Classify each Flashcard & Summary of Learning
The flashcards are blurry in learning modus. Thus, when you have written a little bit more on the cards, you are not able to read it anymore.
Further, it would be nice to have the possibility to classify each flashcard (with a little menu on the right hand side of each flash card). Then you could add for example all vocabularies and assign them to each chapter. When you enter the learning modus, you could tick the chapters which you want to learn.
In the end, a little summary of your learning would be nice. (How many ended at which…

Shape Options
I would love if we could draw circles from a center point as well as doing it with the draw and hold feature. I find myself often drawing circles and it gets annoying having to draw them and then select it with the lasso and then move it to where I want it. Being able to draw from a center point would be very helpful for me.

Allow a Label next to the page number in Thumbnail view - so that when I click on thumbnails, I can see what the topic of a particular page is.

Tootlip function / Better comment function (images)
I would like a function to add Tooltips to elemts or text. So for example one can add a definiton or further Information (even an image) to a word.

Apple iPad Pencil "Hover" Feature
Are there plans to support the new iPad Pencil "Hover" feature in GoodNotes soon? This feature provides awareness of where the pencil will start writing or drawing before the pencil is on the iPad screen. This helps with both drawing and writing accuracy.

For Text Tool, new line when handwriting with Apple Pencil
for using the Text tool with an Apple Pencil, add some movement or mark that indicates "new line" or "paragraph." Currently I must stop writing, open the keyboard and tap "return" when perhaps some Pencil gesture could accomplish this.
