Line input smoothing
Have a feature similar to photoshop, where you can adjust the smoothing of your lines. This would make drawing shapes and diagrams easier, also make handwriting notes easier for those with a shaky hand.

Enable drag sidebar to scroll.
Current scroll mechanics has no acceleration, pretty painful skimming long notes (ie. > 20 pages).

Apple Pencil double-tap for Undo
I think it would be AWESOME if we could use the double-tap feature of the Apple Pencil to be able to undo an action.
I take a lot of hand notes, and everytime I make a mistake I have to manually hit the back arrow which is very inconvenient, whereas doing it by double-tapping the Apple Pencil would be very time-saving and convenient!

Selection setting to adjust pen’s thickness and a quick selection of pen style
Suggestion:
Add the option to modify the note thickness in the selection adjustment setting.
Set the quick selection of pen style,including pencolor, note thickness collection pen, etc.

Customizable slides in Good Notes
Since many lecturers at the university work with PDF/Powerpoint, I like to import them into Goodnotes to annotate them. I also add new slides to solve exercises or make further notes. Unfortunately there are no exactly fitting templates for this. It would be great if there would be a template that adapts exactly to the slide size of the PDF/Powerpoint.

flash cards
There needs to be an overhaul on the design layout of the flashcards. No matter if I use my iPad Pro, my MacBook Air, my iPhone, or a 34" monitor for studying notes, the flashcards are barley visible.
such a good tool and idea rendered almost useless by the design...

Show the number of documents being in a folder
I sometimes would like to know the amount of documents in one folder. It would be great if the number of documents would stand underneath the documents in the folder or e.g. next to the date of creation before opening the folder.

This app will automatically download all files every time. My iPad storage is full. I hope you can add a function like Apple Books to delete and download a single file.

Change templates and colors collectively
Imagine someone is writing in black paper with white pencil but he wants to print his notes. It would help if he could choose all the pages he wants to print and change both template of paper as well as the color of the pencil. Especially for the color there could be a choice that says change color A (specifically) to color B so as to not lose all other secondary colors.

Full screen mode when we annotate, write something, solve math problems !
I am a teacher from south korea. I use ipad pro for teaching high school students.
I have 3 ipad pros 12.9 (3,4,5 gen)
But when I use it solving math problems, i have 3 ipad pro 10.3 12.9->10.3
I love goodnotes. Even, I have 2 macbook pros for using goodnotes in mac os
I use cintiq 24pro for solving math problems.
As I wrote above, I really love goodnotes and I really appreciate your delvelopers in Goodnotes.
I hope you developers could solve my problems:not making my ipad 12.9 into 10.3 or less

Format Selecter with Scannertool
It would be great if we could chose the format, which the scanned document should have. Those white bars are failing in its look. Another option would be to make a tool, you can crop your page with and where you can also chose a format. Please do this :)

Preset text colour
I hope this gets seen!! It’s been a year!!
Please let us preset text colours, I use text most of the time as it’s neater.
I’m sure it’s not that hard to add in presets for text as you’ve already done so for highlighters and pens.
