Goodnotes Recaller to remember notes
Building flashcards manually in Goodnotes is great but I feel it a bit hectic. There may be an extra tool which can be used to mark sections of a page or whole pages to add them to the Recalling /Memorizing list. This should auto include all the items that we mark with the Recaller tool. One should be able to see all the hard-to-learn stuff at ones from each notebook/folder. In addition, a home screen widget may be created which would periodically display a section of the note for a quick revision which would be scientifically designed like Anki.

AI Test generator
Like the new Ask Goodnotes feature, AI may be used to generate properly formatted tests in app from multiple notebooks or folders. There can be various test modes like MCQ based, Subjective, True/False etc.

Goodnotes Minimal and Advanced mode
Different users have unique needs from a note taking software which practically isn't possible to cover in a single app UI by developers. Therefore, two MODES, a MINIMAL/SIMPLE and an ADVANCED/PRO mode should be made. Geometry tools for Goodnotes 6
Goodnotes 6 is an awesome tool for drawing however these 5 options could be very useful to say the least, wether it’s for drawing or for being precise
(some are already suggested but maybe not in the way that follows)

Full screen notes.
Make a button to make the all top bars become invisible and back visible. Just like top right icon from sketchbook app. It will make the notes more wide open.

Hide strip
Dear GoodNotes Team,
I love using GoodNotes for my note-taking needs. However, I'm missing a crucial feature - the ability to hide text using an invisible strip.

highlight colour by default
It would be great if you could select the default highlight color depending on the document you're in, so that if you highlight using the text selection for multiple lines, you can have it in the colour you wish, and not always yellow. It's a bit tiresome to have to change the colour to your own preference every time

save as default for different documents
I love the save as default feature, but depending on the document I will use one size or the other. It would be great to have a default font per document, just as you can choose one template per document and do not have to change it every time I write

Make lasso selection faster
Over the last several updates the lasso tool has gotten a delay when you try to select something. It happens when you select something with a small lasso area. Larger lasso areas do not create this delay. I'm not sure if this is intentional, but it's made the lasso tool much less user friendly.
Here are some steps to reproduce the issue.
1. Create a line or dot with the highlighter tool
2. Select the lasso tool (either regular or rectangular) and select the highlighted dot using a small circle

Audio Transcription to 9th gen iPad
A update for audio transcript for the 9th gen iPad should be made as other note taking apps allow you to do audio transcription on almost relatively new generations of iPads. No reason to pay for goodnotes and while only certain feature are only available to people who have certain iPads.

Dear GoodNotes Support Team,
I hope this message finds you well. I am a daily user of GoodNotes, utilizing it on both my iPhone and iPad for schoolwork. However, I also own a Samsung Fold 4, which I take with me to school regularly. Unfortunately, I’m currently unable to access my GoodNotes files on this device.
I was wondering if there are any existing or upcoming solutions to allow users like me to sync and access files across iOS and Android platforms. This feature would significantly enhance the productivity of users who work with multiple devices.

I am sad that a similar request had been closed so im trying again: to have the possibility to make a note sheet beside the script but in the same document would be awesome! I struggle a lot with this in Goodnotes, I use the app for all my university stuff and when I go through the documents I always have to insert a clear page and scroll. it would be nice to get some sort of note sheet or postIt beside. That would also be very practical if we want to export all the notes out the document.

Folder order
Allow user to be able to drag and organise different notes/folders etc into any order that they want, instead of being limited to organising them by ‘date’ ‘name’ or ‘type’. I believe that this would allow me to organise my Goodnotes app that extra step further to make it perfect.

Edit flashcard while you´re doing them and also be able to search flashcards

I want to search specific things in my flashcards but theres not an option to do so, to find a flahscard I have to swip through all of them. Also, it would be great to edit/ delet the flashcard while youre doing them if you spot an error.1 vote -

Adjust sidebar width on mac
When viewing outlines, if the name for the outline is long, the user can only see only a few words (around 2-3 words). I wish goodnotes could add a function to adjust the sidebar width on Mac.

既存のノートに、スクラップ帳のように画像を取り込んで、その上から文字を書き込む使い方をよくするのですが、その時に、誤タップや投げ縄ツールで取り込んだ画像を選択してしまい、画像が動いてノートがぐちゃぐちゃになってしまうことがあります。そこで、ページ上の特定の画像のみを「編集不可状態」に出来るようにすることで、「取り込んだ画像に対する書き込み」の快適性を格段に高めることができると考えました。ご検討ください。

Have a button to click when searching folders that will allow you to return to all open pages
Have a button that you can click to return to all open pages when searching folders and say you don’t want to open another folder/document.

Provide different fonts in type section of Goodnotes
Apparently goodnotes 6 only provides 1 default font type in the "typing section",
I suggest goodnotes to provide different text fonts in goodnotes, such as "Times New Roman", just like in the textbox feature.
If this feature of providing different text font is also provided in the "typing section", this would be very useful, as some people are only used to a particular type of font.

Add Brush Settings and Improved Handwriting for the Fountain Pen, Similar to the Pencil Tool
The newly added pencil tool in Goodnotes 6 offers an excellent writing and sketching experience, with smooth and intuitive strokes. It would be fantastic to have similar brush settings and handwriting functionality for the fountain pen, giving users the option to adjust it for more stable, precise writing. Currently, the fountain pen feels unstable, and I often find myself switching to Noteful for better handwriting. If the fountain pen could incorporate the same improvements seen in the pencil tool, it would make Goodnotes 6 a more versatile and complete tool for note-taking and sketching.
