  2. Allows for paper to be coloured to help people with disabilities and to reduce eye strain, sort of like a wheel of colours to choose when making a sheet of paper

  3. It would be amazing if there was a setting where I could default a font and as I start handwriting out notes, it automatically starts to change the words to text, sort of like iPads new "scribble" feature.

  4. Add presentation mode (like microsoft powerpoint) and still be able to annotate on the notes being presented. There is the ability to hide the tool bar, but when the tool bar is hidden, there is no possibility to continue to write on the notes. A way to hide the tool bar and still be able to annotate or use the laser pointer would be nice.

  5. Currently enabling or disabling auto advance requires 4 'clicks': 1. the 'three dots' menu button 2. document editing 3. enabling/disabling auto advance 4. closing the menu window.

As someone who frequently switches between marking up documents (where I don't use auto advance) and my own notebooks (where I do use auto advance), it can be annoying to have to go through this process tens of times per day.

It would be nice if there was a shortcut, or if one could optionally pin the auto advance option to the toolbar.

    Cheers!

  7. It would be useful to be able to segregate the pages that have been marked favourites into the folders that they originally came from.
i.e. Where date, name and type are selectable as sorting methods at the top of the page, add folder so any folders with notebooks that have bookmarked pages in are shown.
The idea is being able to find pages that have questions attached to them on a subject basis (denoted by the folder they come from).
    Thanks

  8. After a screenshot is done, and we've resized it down, and we make another copy ... it would be awesome to have that 2nd copy be the same size of the previous (which we cropped ourselves) rather than the very 1st original copy.

  10. Adding the ability to scroll through notecards in practice mode rather than having to select how we felt we did would be helpful for studying

  11. Taking notes during a presentation I really need to be able to take a picture of the slide and annotate it. Unfortunately it seems I have only the simple cam (no full scanning feature with rectification canvas-based) so I get a distorted image. Just make it available to use this feature (documents scanner) within the note.

  12. Currently shapes are only supported and created by scribbled pen input. Sometimes I want to modify the size in height or weight, rotate or color the shape. It would be necessary to offer modifiable shapes like you can do e.g. in Miro or Adobe Illustrator. Set starting point, move the Apple Pencil to desired ending point and voila your rectangle is created. I wished you could also color shapes with border and background color. I think it would help a lot in daily routines.

  14. I’d like to be able to drag and drop files into the document to embed them. Double-clicking the icon opens it in the default app, where it can be edited.

  15. The order of the tools (pen, eraser, highlighter, lasso, etc.) is logical but impractical. Pens, erasers and highlighters are on the left, the colors and line widths are on the right. That means a "long" journey every time.
I would find it better if the tools and options to do so that are used together are also close together.

  17. It would be great if you could take notes on resubmission. This would allow you to create a quick note and schedule it for a different date and time for processing. Such functions (e.g. reminder functions) are available in apps that manage documents and since notes are created here, it is similar to managing a document. In my opinion, it would be a great function.

  18. running good notes on my private AppleID (=iCloud) and using it on my business Mac, too is today not possible. I'd even open to buy it twice, but I habe only 1 mobile device - so basically though I love good notes, I can't use it anymore.

    Solution:
Allow to accept shared documents also from Mac App. This way I can still use it on my iPad and iPhone and notes I neet @work could simply be shared with my business AppleID.

This would provide a solution for many other feature requests such as
    https://feedback.goodnotes.com/forums/191274-customer-suggestions-for-goodnotes/suggestions/40412074-sign-in-icloud-from-goodnotes-app-to-sync-personal
    or the request to use…

  19. Make us have the option to add 10 different pen colors and 10 different highlighters in the toolbar.

Also, make the page go longer to make more space (continuous)

  20. It would be very helpful for a lot of people with bad handwritings if the handwriting to text feature is improved further as a input mean with the support for input on another same as handwritten notes are input now.
