Enhanced color control for LaTeX math
The amazing LaTeX conversion feature is currently hindered by the need for us users to manually insert LaTeX code (like \textcolor{...}) whenever we want to change the color of a rendered equation.
To significantly enhance our experience, I ask you to integrate the standard Text Color Picker to allow for direct, easy and instant color changes upon selecting a converted equation. Implementing this would automatically handle the underlying code changes, making it extremely practical and fast to style the converted equations.

Speakers audio
When recording, or even post recording,would be good to show different speakers like otter does. Even if it says speaker 1, 2. The nest obvious build would be to rename the speaker 1 and speaker 2 etc…

Colour Pallette, font, pen size, pen colours per notebook
We want to create each notebook to have its own font, font size, font colour, Pen, Pen size and pen colour as well as our own colour palette so that every time we go into each of our notebooks they will have their own formatting setup. Thus please create the option to save different colour palettes etc.

Default Text Converting
I want to be able to set the default text size, font, etc., for when I convert my handwriting to text. Some pages it spits it out huge, sometimes not. Consistency would be a game changer, and a space saver.

The edge of the notebook is hard to write on.
Currently, when zooming in on a note, there is no space on the left or right edges. This makes it unstable to write near the right or left edge of the note (especially on the dominant hand side) without moving your hand away from the iPad.
Therefore, I request that even when zoomed in, a certain amount of margin be maintained as before zooming. This would allow the edge of the note to be moved as close as possible to the center of the screen.

8-shaped selection for multi-page PDF export (Whiteboard & Notebooks)
When exporting a large selected area as a PDF, handwriting often becomes pixelated or blurry.
It would be helpful if users could draw an “8” shape with the selection tool to divide the selected area into multiple regions. The intersection of the “8” could act as a separator, allowing Goodnotes to automatically export the content as multiple PDF pages (two or more, depending on the gesture).
This feature could work on both Whiteboard and Notebook pages, making it easier to export large handwritten notes while keeping the text quality high.

shapes as sticky tool
- Could you add an option to make autoshape tool as sticky tool. I usuanly draw shapes, add connection to them, adjust size and position, then keep on drawing. After adjust shapes, it gets back to Lasso tool automatically, then I need to switch back manually every time I want to keep on next shape.
- Another thing is about the connector. Could you add a function so I can delete intermediate point on a connector. Too many relay points make the connector difficult to adjust.

greater availability in Latin American countries.
I don't know the situation on iOS, but on Android, GoodNotes isn't available in my Country. I live in Uruguay, a Latin American country with advanced technology. It's a real shame that the app isn't available in much of this region. I'd really like to be able to use it.

The menu for the text box is constantly in the way and is very annoying this was not an issue with the old UI! Please revert back!

Upgrade GoodNotes 5
Hi!
I’m a student still using GoodNotes 5 and I really love it. ❤️
Unfortunately, not everyone can afford to upgrade to GoodNotes 6, so I kindly ask if you could add a few small updates to version 5 — like more pen settings or simple improvements. Nothing big, just small things to help students like me.

Hint
I would love to see a hint option added to the study cards. I believe it would add to the effectiveness of the memorizing process for many of us. Sometimes I just need a word or two to get me pointed in the right direction.

The revival of Goodnote 6+5
Goodnote 7 feels like Badnotes.
To improve it, I suggest restoring the following features:• The smooth performance of Goodnotes 5 (especially the instant PDF rendering)
• The toolbar layout from Goodnotes 5
• Keeping the “crumple-to-erase” feature from Goodnotes 6
• Keeping the folder organization feature from Goodnotes 6
I propose releasing “Goodnotes 11,” combining the best features of Goodnotes 5 and 6.

Text Box Issues
When I use the text box, the line height keeps changing. I have to and adjust the line height for each sentence, despite having a set default. I also hate how it goes to Lasso all the time, I never use Lasso. I miss Goodnotes 6 as it was easier to use for someone who struggles with technology.

for the Elements tool.Select the Element Tool.Tap on an element(sticker, image, textbox.)
from the Elements bar.The tool should remain active, allowing the user to tap repeatedly on the canvas to place the selected element multiple times until a different tool is selected (e.g., Pen, Lasso).

Change the text box when you say it in a good way
This update is seriously frustrating.
Why does the tool automatically switch to the lasso tool after using a text box?
The previous version was much smoother and easier to use — now it just feels unnecessarily inconvenient and irritating.
It honestly looks like this change was made without any real consideration for users.And if you’re not even reading App Store reviews but just telling people to “send feedback,”

Shape Tool: Horizontal snap for underlines (no hold required)
TL;DR
Please add (or restore) horizontal snapping in the Shape Tool so near-horizontal strokes become perfectly straight underlines without draw-and-hold.Problem
In Goodnotes 7.0.6, to get a perfectly straight underline I must use Pen/Highlighter and pause for draw-and-hold on every stroke. This breaks flow when underlining many items per page.Current behavior

can’t make font size larger than 100pt
I used to have a title of each notebook with a large font size. In the latest Goodnotes 7 I am unable to obtain a font larger than 100. That’s a problem. Can you help me with that?

Select all and paste
I used to be able to select all by double tapping or holding in the midst of something I've written, now the option is gone.
I also was able to press and hold in an area to paste something l had copied _ since the update these options are gone and every tune I want to paste this annoying pop up comes up - please never to the way it was before.
