Change stroke setting of pen after writing
Hi, I love Goodnotes but one feature I think it would really benefit from that I have seen in other apps is the ability to change the style after writing. Particularly, I mean being able to change the stroke settings (e.g. change solid line to dashed/dotted and vice versa) or the pen type (from either fountain or brush to ball - I don't think it would work the other way around though). So perhaps the menu where we can currently change the colour of the line, could be changed so that you have the option to change these other elements…

Go to documents
I usually have multiple open documents. When I start GoodNotes on my iPad, it often starts in the files view. To go to my open documents, I need to open a new document (or one that is already open).
Can you add a button to go from the files view to the documents view?

Transparent Labels for Diagrams
I use Goodnotes for all of my graduate studies. Part of this includes labeling anatomical structures, and I wish there were an easy way to white-out labels to study and practice. There is a feature on KiloNotes that allows this and would love for it to be featured here! I’m sure all my fellow healthcare students would agree. I would seriously consider switching from the sheer amount of time saved.

Handwriting training for GoodNotes
I love the feature for checking the spelling while writing on my iPad. When GoodNotes corrects my writing, I see that the recommended words are pretty correct. When I select the correct word from the recommended words I notice that most of the time the newly written word is not in my handwriting. It is similar, but not exactly the same. I would appreciate there would be a guided page (or menu item) where I can teach GoodNotes to exactly write in my handwriting.
Thanks,

Make a Load Screen
When you first open the app for a few seconds it pops up the most recent document you have opened. This looks vary unprofessional and needs to be changed.
I suggest a screen with the app logo and a color theme.

Search bar when linking files inside document
I tend to upload my PDFs into GoodReads based on author names and years, and I have reading lists for particular subjects with pages.
I would appreciate it when preparing hyperlinks in the reading to pdf documents I could use a search bar to find the actual document quickly.

school deployment without MDM
the free Mosyle version doesn't meet our license key installation requirements because it doesn't support AppConfig in order to push the license key to devices.
Please provide another method to install the license key.2 votes -
Max profits, max productivity & reduce work/school errors by selling free form planner template (infinite canvas)
User can pinch in and out on iPad to zoom in/out on the 12 month planner. The unique selling point is the digitally typed text or stylus written text in each “day” box of the planner are auto word wrap within the confines of the box border with infinite space in the “vertical depths” of each day box. User can add images, videos and links too. User can…

Updates to audio recordings
The audio recordings and their sync with the written notes is an amazing feature that I use daily.
An improvement that could be made is adding the ability to change inputs to bluetooth devices for the audio recordings (like external microphones or bluetooth headsets) - This would be especially helpful for people who sit in the back of a lecture hall and would allow them to place a microphone at the front and record the lecture more clearly.2 votes -

Can a feature be added to lock a PDF after it has been signed perhaps with a date/time stamp when the PDF was locked and finalized?
Can a feature be added to lock a PDF after it has been signed perhaps with a date/time stamp when the PDF was locked and finalized? I am in law enforcement and I use Goodnotes to have people sign department forms. It would be great if the form could be locked and stamped after it is signed to show that the form has not been altered. Thank you.

More pens options. More things so I can color documents. Also a fix so it doesn’t erase all my work when using a pen

Back to Notes in Folders view
I hate the thing that if you are searching for a note on a folder o if you exit by mistake while taking notes you must open a new file to return back in “notes mode”. Just add a “back to notes” button or make tabs view also available in search, documents, ecc pages!!

Enhance typed notes
Improve the overflow feature of typed notes so that if I go back and add more to an earlier page, it automatically flows down. Also allow for a header that repeats across multiple pages of typed notes (like in a notebook filled with notes for a semester worth of classes).

Rectangles are almost impossible to draw
I love you guys, but you seriously need to fix the shape drawing tool. There are currently (as far as I know) two ways of drawing shapes:
Draw them quickly to get exactly what you drew: This is (almost) always imprecise for shapes like rectangles, since I obviously can't draw a rectangle consistently, so this is a non-starter for rectangles
Draw them and hold for shape perfection: This is for some reason almost always turned into a circle or an ellipse which is incredibly frustrating.
