Add built-in split screen mode like Notability
The default iOS Split-screen mode is not enough. I’m an English major from China , and have heavy using needs on GoodNotes for long English articles .it would be super convenient if I can split my screen up and down like I’m notability, it would help me easily match the Chinese translation with original English text and take notes .
The reason why I require this is because in terms of marking and highlighting sentences with pen and shapes , Notability is inferior to GoodNotes . If this function can be added , it’ll completely change me into a full-time…

History or placement related Undo for shared documents
Very specific problem, but on a shared document, lets say I write something, and the person I am sharing with wrote something in the same area without me knowing and it hadn’t uploaded yet, once their work finally loads, it covers mine. However, since I have already moved on to other areas of the document, I can’t simply undo the work I did during that previous time or at that area of the document… I wish there was a way to select the undo function for a specific time in the editing history or maybe even placement on the doc…

Custom Pen Slots in Nav
I find myself swapping between two different pen styles often, and it would be great if (like the recently added color slots), you would also offer the option to add custom pen slots in the nav bar.
I attached a quick mockup showing a possible way to do this.

Changing to eraser on the fly
It would be nice to be able to change to eraser with the button on the side of my pen without having to lift my pen for the actual change to take place. It works like that in OneNote, and it would be a nice quality of life if it also worked like that in Goodnotes.

Underline text directly from the context menu
Currently, when long pressing selected text, we have the option to highlight it or strikethrough it. I use those options frequently, but i miss the possibility to just underline the selected text

Notebook that remove pages after inactivity for fleet notes
One of my main uses for good notes is thinking. I like to draw or write ideas to get to conclusions quicker. The problem is that those pages doesn't have any use after I reached to the conclusion.
I'd like to have a special Notebook for fleet notes that deletes pages that are inactive after certain amount of time. I truly enjoy writing in good notes more than any other writing app in iPad but I end up with big notebooks of useless information.
With this auto-cleaned fleet notes notebook I would have always a go-to notebook that I can…

Ability to zoom out beyond the margins of the page
I am left-handed and it is uncomfortable to begin writing at the edge of the page because the page edge is at the edge of the screen. The current workaround I have is inserting a pdf which allows this to some extent. I would like to be able to zoom out further so I can place the edge of the page in the middle of my iPad screen. This would allow my hand to rest on the flat surface of the iPad.

To show the percentage of the magnification done.
When the page is magnified.If it is shown the percentage of the magnification done.As it is shown in Onenote.I think it could be of help to many while writing at a particular magnification for better fit and to make proper idea about the size of the pen to be used while writing at that particular page magnification.

Selection Tool for Immediate Copy Paste
This would be a lasso feature similar to what already exists but upon selecting something, the selection is immediately copied and the next tap pastes at the tap location. This feature exists in the current lasso feature, but the suggested idea would save time.

Function to capture spoken words to help reviewing the spelling cards .
Hoping Study Flash card will have some features to include audio recording function to capture spoken words to help reviewing the spelling cards .

Change the view of notes
Instead of showing just what is inside the folder when you click on view notes in list form, show the previous folders that contains file like in computer and allow to adjust the file icon size with a bar.

I am a teacher and only teach with goodnotes. The situation often arises in which the students have to complete a task that arises in class themselves. I use this time to create the solution in goodnotes. To do this, I either have to decouple the projector or activate the still image on the projector. Stop Changing Interface
I love your product, I use it every day for studying and work.
One of the things I appreciate in an app I use daily is the possibility to automate some actions thanks to my memory.For example: if I know that the "paste" command is the third from the left when I select an image, I will not read the command name anymore, I'll just automatically select it.
What often happens with your updates is that you change the position of buttons or commands. Each time this happens I lose a tremendous amount of time re-learning the new settings…
