Studyset
Post making a study Set of any Main Topic, which which will have ‘n’ number of subtopics. But the next day when we get notification to study our study set, and when we open it, it gives us prompts showing one of the subtopics. If we don't want to answer it, if we want to skip it, there is NO option of "Skip".
If we close our Study Set and open it again, we will again be given the same subtopic which we have shown earlier which we wanted to skip earlier. There is no switching to a new subtopic.

Random smart learning
When using the “Learning resource cards,” there are two modes: “free trial” and “smart learning.” There is a really useful option in the free trial called “random,” which allows you to randomly start from either the question or the answer of a card. I’m wondering why this random setting isn’t available in smart learning yet. It’s really helpful for learning vocabulary in a foreign language and similar things, but we can’t do that in smart learning.

3. חוויית המשתמש לא טובה. צריך לשפר דברים בארגון ובנראות כדי שיהיה קל ונגיש לתפעל במחברת לסטודנטים.

sticky notes formating and whiteboard improvement
Been a subscriber on goodnotes for almost two years and I only used milanotes for whiteboards, however the difference is huge and making it hard for me to switch completely
Im not asking for all milanotes features (but hey id love that), but just make it less bland and nore pleasing to the eyes. being able to center the text like we want, shadows on sticky notes, color background features and overall just making it more pleasing to the eye and more freedom to custom our board like in milanote

Dashed lines do not export on PDF!
We have discovered that dashed lines export as solid lines when exporting to PDF - this is very unhelpful. Please resolve ASAP!

Fix Cloud Storage on essential plan
Every Good Notes Essential plan bought since September 23rd 2025 (previously called "All Platforms Yearly" doesn't enable the user to sync their files between Apple and Windows/Android. So the users basically have two separate apps.
That is absolutely useless.The advantage was to access and edit the files on different devices.
For example: It is way easier for me to type flashcards on my windows laptop than on my iPad but I can't even open them on my laptop if I export them (wich already would be inconvenient). So I can't use them together. Study Sets aren't even supported for…

I would like to propose several improvements.
Add the ability to search by document title in the search function.
Enable AirPrint directly from within GoodNotes documents.
Add a feature that shows how many documents have been selected when choosing multiple files.
Along with these, I suggest restoring other useful features that existed in GoodNotes 4 but are not available in the current version.

Cloud settings update
There should be a way to decide which files are downloaded onto each device that you are using with cloud storage so that it does not take up storage on all of your devices for the same files. (like with iCloud when a file is needed it gets pulled from the cloud but it is not taking up space on the device until then)

저는 애플계정중 네이버로 굿노트를 구매했고 현재는 이메일을 구글 계정으로 변경하였습니다. 그 후 굿노트에서 로그인 오류가 반복됩니다. 네이버로 애플계정을 로그인 할 수 없습니다.

Revert Back Some Item
Need to change back to the way it was before the latest update. Drawing straight lines became really ******. The text box sucks big time. Text box before and how you saved the text box settings was way better before. I do like the drawing arrow features. The way it jumps automatically from text box to lasso sucks big time. I use goodnotes a lot at work (electrician) and ive been pushing more and more people to start using goodnotes in the past. Import file name as it is
When importing a file, the filename gets cut.
Example:
Tried importing a file with a filename of "9. [PATHO] Disorders in WBC, Lymph Nodes, Spleen, Thymus", but it was cut to just "9".It's frustrating having to rename the files esp. when importing multiple files.

Please add an option to disable the “Pull to Add Page” gesture.
It often creates unwanted pages when flipping through study PDFs or filled notebooks — not blank ones — by duplicating the first or last page unnecessarily.

Real-time synchronization
It would be nice to be able to use multiple devices at the same time on the same GoodNotes page. I study medicine and it would help me a lot.
