Add page number when uses links
When using links and it comes to selecting page - we should be able to type in the page number instead of scrolling thru the whole document to select page.

I would like you to implement the "justified text" since it is a very useful function especially for those of us who are in college and have to write many essays. It seems like a very simple function that can be forgotten but it is definitely very useful. I would appreciate it if you implemented it soon <3

Pin Notes & Folder Option for Quick Access of current project/study/work
I truly appreciate the powerful note-taking experience that GoodNotes offers. However, I would love to see a Pin Notes feature and a Quick Access Folder option to enhance workflow efficiency.
Currently, navigating between different notes for ongoing study, work, or projects requires extra steps, which can be time-consuming. A pinned notes section would allow users to keep frequently used documents easily accessible.

Color/Stlye Options for Text Tool
I love to use the text tool but currently it is quite inconvenient to use. I would love to define my own text field styles and save them to reuse instead of always defining them again. Also it would be great to have a color picker in the style section so I don‘t need to copy the HEX Codes from e.g. Pen tool where the color picker is present.

SEE SEVERAL DOCUMENTS SIMULTANEOUSLY (ANDROID, WEB, WINDOWS)
It seems basic, but on Android, the web, and iOS, we're not allowed to view two Good Notes files at once. This is quite important, because sometimes you use two PDFs to study at the same time, and if it doesn't let you open two documents on the same screen, it becomes very difficult to study from this app.

Paper parameters support customization (paper size supports customization)
At present, there are only fixed A4, A3 and other sizes, which cannot meet the needs of users. Even if the manuscript paper template is imported, the template can only be the built-in size of the software, so it is necessary to support the parameters of the custom manuscript paper, such as: size, upper, lower, left and right margins, background and line format and color, etc.

Architecture
Architecture. We use Goodnotes to make floor plan diagrams, building schematics, and other. Requesting stickers you would find on a floor plan. ie. appliances, furniture, plumbing, etc

see the page zoom
We need to see the zoom of the page to record the specific size of our writing, I’m lost for not having this visual control, also can block the zoom to write.

Pen to modify the color/thickness of existing pen strokes
Samsung notes has a nice feature, where I can select a pen-modifier and a color, and when drawing over existing text, this text will change it's color to the selected color, which was set for the pen-modifier. It's quite similar to the Lasso-tool, to edit the color, but the lasso tool can be quite painful to use. Especially, if you have a big formula and want the change the color of specific letters in it. Then you would currently need to select every single letter anywhere in the formula, and then change it's color. With this new tool, I would…

Audio clips playing in the background
I wish that the Audio continues to play in the background even if you aren't on the app (and even if your ipad is locked). It can get pretty annoying when you are listening and you have to go to another tab. Goodnotes also restarts the audio clip so you then have to hunt for the place where you just were. Notability and other apps have this feature so I wish this was integrated.

Writing in a full page (as in a word document)
Hello! I love using goodnotes. I have an iPad on which I use goodnotes and I love it. I also use it on my Windows computer, and its not as good as on the iPad. I wish we could have access to the Typing tool as on the ipad, where we can write as in a word document. And also, I wish we could justify the text!

Layers
So we can know what page we want to delete as well as the organization of moving pages around as well as the ability to know where the next page will appear if i add it before or after the current page.

Time keeper with sound or popup
It would be great if the time keeper feature had a sound effect after the timer ends or a popup window appeared. Because when I set the timer and hide it! I always forget I even had it set. :)

Eraser
We have two gesture options, squeeze and double tap. I would love to be able to set squeeze to bring up/put away the eraser and double tap to switch between my two most recent tools, but ignore the eraser as an option. That way i can go back and forth between my pen a highlighter without having the erase override one. Example: highlight something, double tap to write with the pen, squeeze to erase a mistake, squeeze to return to pen, double tap to go to highlighter.The highlighter/pen sequence could be totally separate from the eraser function.

Spaced repetition integration for flashcards
I’d love to see spaced repetition integrated directly into the flashcard feature in GoodNotes.
Currently, flashcards are static—you flip them manually without any learning algorithm behind them. If GoodNotes could implement a spaced repetition system (SRS) like Anki or RemNote, it would massively boost its usefulness for students, med students, language learners, and anyone prepping for exams.
Why it matters:
Spaced repetition is proven to improve long-term memory retention. Right now, users have to export their flashcards to other apps to use this method — integrating it natively would keep everything in GoodNotes and streamline the learning process.
