Button for mirroring backup
I would like to propose a feature regarding backups with Google Drive:
I would like to have a button with possibility to make, at that very moment, a mirroring type backup with Google Drive, so you could easily handle files locations changes.

Search in images and scanned pdfs
This app would be perfect if searching can work in images and scanned PDFs. It can be easily done in iOS system or the original File app (Live Text). So I believe it is totally possible.

Folders to sort and organise pen and highlighter colours
Create folders for pen and highlighters. Hard to find colours as I have different colour palette to use.

Resize images to exact dimensions
It appears that we're STILL waiting for this feature.
It would be helpful to everyone to be able to resize images to exact sizes whether it be my pixel, inches, cm, etc. At the very least we should be able to add images at their original size. When I pull images into my Goodnotes notebook, even if they are the exact same size, come in at all sorts of sizes then I have to resize them manually. This is a big pain and a bigger time waster.
Please fix this. We've been asking for it for years.

Change the Thickness of Writing + Eyedropper
After you write something, you can adjust its thickness like you can change the colour.

Handwriting Recognition for Hebrew
I purchased GoodNotes 5, but to my disappointment, it had no Handwriting Recognition support for Hebrew at all.
Handwriting Recognition for Hebrew is critical to my use case, and without it, I have to use another program and recommending it over yours to my students.
Hopefully, it will be added before the beginning of the semester.
As a starting point, even partial support would be sufficient.

Date stamp and better date sorting
Need a date field for the date I took the note. This date should be static.
The current sort function looks at “last modified” but is easily tricked (i.e. if you move the note today, the note will move to top of date sort instead of reflecting original date).
Alternative: just allow date sorting by both created date and last modified date.

Shape Options
I would love if we could draw circles from a center point as well as doing it with the draw and hold feature. I find myself often drawing circles and it gets annoying having to draw them and then select it with the lasso and then move it to where I want it. Being able to draw from a center point would be very helpful for me.

Scribble function on Apple Pencil (handwrite to text) autocorrecting capital letters
Using the Apple Pencil Scribble function to convert handwritten words to typed text in realtime works very well, but it automatically converts capital letters (particularly the first letter of a word that is meant to be capitalized) to lowercase letters. For example, writing “Energy” with a capital E changes the word to “energy” with lowercase e. It also underlines the autocorrected word in blue. Tapping or selecting the word underlined in blue gives no option to change it back to the intended capitalization. Learn all Flashcards in a Folder
Being able to select the option on a folder to ‘study all flashcards in folder’ so combine all the flashcards in all the notebooks in the folder.
Also, make it less easy to tap out of learning flashcards and losing progress.

Recognize handwriting/be able to edit handwriting in imported documents
Most students and workers share notes and often do not use the same note-taking app. As you can only import notes taken in other apps in pdf form, you can't edit the handwriting: no eraser, no lasso tool etc... It would be INCREDIBLY beneficial if the handwriting recognition also worked with imported documents. I think applying the same handwriting recognition technology to imported notes with handwriting written in other note-taking apps would be doable. I really hope that you consider this idea because I believe that it will be a very crucial feature that will distinguish Goodnotes from the other…

Get proper names recognized or added as recognizable words.

Duplicate button
After selecting an object or text it should pop-up the option or duplicating the item instead of having to copy and paste it. This function would help a lot in efficiency, please work on it...
