Make full use of the screen space for the toolbar
With the recent update bringing the welcome change of more than 3 colors in the toolbar, and then the return of the 3 pen widths, the toolbar has become more crammed on the right side.
There is some unused space on the left side of the toolbar, and now would be a great time to make use of that space for when the iPad is in horizontal mode and has more than enough space to accommodate all the regular icons

Improving voice recording function in IOS
As I used voice recording function, I suggest two improvements.
First, it will be better if we can save recorded file out from GoodNotes.
Second, I suggest that we can adjust speed of the recording when listening.Thank you

Search Function Doesn't Always Work
There have been times when I've searched for a specific word that I've written (for an example) on 3 different pages in the same notebook, I would only see one or two of the results and not all.
I want to add that the words were typed and not handwritten.
Each time this happens, I first have to swipe through the pages to find it and then I triple-check the spelling.
And every time, the spelling is correct, but when trying to test it out and search again, it fails to capture all the times that word was typed in…1 vote -
Easily changing line thickness
I often used the quick select for changing the line thickness. I enjoy the new UI and want to keep it. As an improvement, we should be able to swipe up or down on the line thickness symbol in order to change the thickness. This allows us to keep the creative UI element while also removing clunkyness of having to dig through a menu for a quick feature and adding an intuitive way to change the line thickness as the thicknesses are already highlighted when changed.

매일 정해진 테스트를 하다보면 스터디카드를 수정해야하는 때가 생깁니다. 지금은 스터디 카드를 수정할 수 있는 기능이 없어서 불편하네요ㅠㅠ
이미지를 불러와서 카드로 만드는 섹션으로 스터디카드를 만들고 테스트할 경우, 필기가 불가능합니다. 테스트중에 이미지에 필기를 추가해야할 때가 종종 있습니다. 기존에 있던 이미지를 복사해서 필기가 가능한 세번째 섹션에서 수정할 수 있게 기능을 수정해주세요~!

Annotate Flashcards
I will love to be able to annotate and highlight key points on my flashcards after creating them using the text function. I was using study sets for a presentation and thought that will be a great feature.

Saving scanned documents takes too long
On both the iPhone and iPad, when I scan a document (not necessarily multiple) and click "Save", it takes too long to import the document/s I scanned. Sometimes the time it takes exceeds a minute. I hope you release an update to expedite the importing time because when I scan documents with Apple Notes, it saves them instantly.

Improve typing of notes in application
It would be ideal to improve the ability of typing notes in GoodNotes. For instance while the ability to create bullet points is already there, being able to indent another type of bullet point underneath another like when using any Microsoft application would be much better. While i use GoodNotes i write out my notes about 90% of the time. But for the remaining 5% i would like to be able to type out my notes and have them be able to organized the way i like. Especially since purchasing a keyboard for my iPad i feel this would make…

Sync Windows with iOS version
I can't edit the iPad notes on the Windows PC because GoodNotes Windows doesn't sync with iOS.
Maybe it's possible to implement a system where users can sync their notes between GoodNotes client using other cloud storage platforms (OneDrive, GDrive etc.)

Disable red badge on popup shop
Sometimes there is a red unread counter on the shop icon and you have to click into the shop to dismiss it. It's distracting and it's a form of advertising.
I understand the ads if this is a free app, BUT I paid for the full app so I would prefer to be able to disable this sort of stuff.
So please implement the option for users to disable the badge or disable the shop altogether (at least for paid users).

Dotted/Dashed lines/perfect circles/squares/triangles and more!
This feature is the ultimate tool to make GoodNotes 5 'the' complete notes app.
If these features were to be added, then it would be tremendously high ranking and even better than MS Notes and other famous apps. After 2 years on Campus my personal experience is that most students enjoy using GN5, rather MS apps. The most asked for question in my class is if they will add 'this' feature, because then it would make it complete and is quite decisively when it comes to math and physics.
I am sure that this feature would excel as it is…

Viewing All Flashcards Within a Deck + Other Flashcard related things.
I really like the new update with the flashcards and things you've improved on.
However I noticed that I am unable to view the flashcards all at once like a notebook.
!! I would love it if you can implement a feature where you can just see all flashcards on the thumbnails like you would with a notebook.
When you have a lot of flashcards it's time consuming to find a single one of them if you want to change something.
!! The search has yet to be implemented.
Not on laptop, nor on mobile. I hope you can implement…

Zoom writing on the right side, as well as tools.
I hope you consider the zoom writing page on the right side. Just to let you know, I’m using 2 windows just to write. And I’m writing this way, as it is more convenient. Lol and the tools should be on the right side too, when this happens - for convenience.

Navigate through a single recorded audio
It would be useful, once a single recording is selected, to be able to show only that single audio in the toolbar and not all the recordings glued together, because the more recordings one has, the harder it becomes to navigate them with precision and accuracy.

Desired improvements for the workflow: Deeplinking and individual saving in databases.
So if someone has set up a database like DevonThink or their own folder hierarchy, they cannot save a GoodNotes file there. This is an extremely significant disadvantage for the workflow. Additionally, there are no deeplinks for individual documents or folders, which hinders the workflow when working with mind maps or similar tools.
I kindly request that GoodNotes improve in terms of deeplinking and individual saving.

Faster scrolling
In other apps like Notability, the scrolling is quite fast and "normal". When I tried to switch to GoodNotes, the first thing I realized is the fairly slow scrolling. Please make the scrolling faster because it can get really annoying trying to scroll around finding notes but it takes too long.

Xiaomi
Make GoodNotes available for the Xiaomi Mi Pad 5. I see it gave an Early Accees for only Samsungs Tablets. I think it can work the same on Xiaomi Tablet Devices with Sytlus support. Is it the same technologie and a very well Tablet with a good price.
