Touch Bar on the Mac
The touch bar is a whole new feature that can be used with the app! I would love to use and customize my touch bar to highlight, edit text, change between read/edit mode!

Share folders with team members and get notifications about changes
I would like to have the option to share a whole folder with team members. All of the members should have the possibility to work in all notes inside the folder and to add new notes to the folder.
Also I would like to get notifications when someone changed or added things inside the shared folder/note. So that I can directly jump in and see the changes. It feels quite cumbersome that someone has to contact me outside the system to tell me that he worked inside the notes/added notes etc.162 votes -

你们好，good notes的开发者们。首先非常感谢你们开发出了这个笔记app，我已经使用了三年，并且非常喜爱。但是最近遇到的一个问题是，iCloud多客户端同步这个功能会自动同步所有的文档，这占用了我的iPhone很多内存空间。所以我建议，可否让多客户端同步的文档变得可以由用户自己选择呢？而不是自动在所有的客户端上同步所有的笔记文档。

Please make Tab Label Text Darker or Higher Contrast so I can read them on iPad
The grey on grey is very hard to read for the unopen tabs. I can see the text very clearly on the open tab, not so much on the others.

Scheduler for Notes
It would be great if you could take notes on resubmission. This would allow you to create a quick note and schedule it for a different date and time for processing. Such functions (e.g. reminder functions) are available in apps that manage documents and since notes are created here, it is similar to managing a document. In my opinion, it would be a great function.

Allow to accept shared documents also from Mac App
running good notes on my private AppleID (=iCloud) and using it on my business Mac, too is today not possible. I'd even open to buy it twice, but I habe only 1 mobile device - so basically though I love good notes, I can't use it anymore.
Solution:
Allow to accept shared documents also from Mac App. This way I can still use it on my iPad and iPhone and notes I neet @work could simply be shared with my business AppleID.This would provide a solution for many other feature requests such as

Scrolling direction options
Currently if we choose vertical or horizontal scrolling it applies to all the documents, it would be good if we can choose to apply it to all documents or just the current document. For eg, I prefer vertical scrolling for my worksheets/slides from school and horizontal scrolling for my own notes (so it's really like a notebook).

Flash cards are too small when studying
Flash cards are too small. On the iPhone, I can barely see the print/diagram and in landscape mode it's nearly impossible. On the iPad, they're large enough that I can make out the diagram.
The flash card is not taking advantage of the full width of the screen in study mode. It's using the bottom half of the screen to display the answer instead of flipping the card.
I attached a PDF showing the screens for both the iPhone and iPad. I, also, took screenshots of another flashcard app to compare and contrast.

Shortcut configuration of input text
It is very troublesome for me to change my typeface，colour and text size。So I think it is necessary to set three buttons and I can set different text configuration and change it when I press these buttons。

Linierte oder karierte Lernkarten
Es wäre hilfreich, wenn es die Lernkarten auch als linierte oder karierte Lernkarten geben würde. Dann könnte man handschriftlich schöner darauf schreiben.
9 votesThanks for sharing your idea. We will add more Flash Card templates in future updates. In the meantime, please import your own custom templates and configure them as flash cards. You can do so in Menu > Notebook Templates > Edit > … > Toggle the “Flash Card” button

Switching tools with fingers and pencil
Is there any possibility to hold two or three fingers on the screen, and you scratch with the pencil towards different directions to switch to different tools and undo?
It'd be very convenient and cool I think. (Honestly, I'm wondering if I should ask Apple for this but not you)5 votes -
bug or error
when I types texts with my bluetooth keyboard with turning on assitive touch function (in order to designate functions to my mouse) in IPAD PRO, keyboard appears in the screen while using a bluetooth keyboard. It happens only goodnote 5. any other apps does not. The issue is not with goodnote4. please fix this bug. thank you

Copy color or width and apply on selection
I want to be able to copy existing setting of a stroke (such as color, width, pen style, etc) and to apply (paste) on a lasso selection.

Undo ideas
Two fingers, double tap for undo is too much. Why not a single tap with two fingers?
Add meta changes to the undo stack: if I add or remove a page, I want to be able to undo (or redo) it, same for template change.

Allow tree view
When browsing my documents, it’s sometimes much easier to see a tree view with plus and minus signs for expand and collapse.

highlight with cursor,
when highlighting texts on a desktop, please have it so the text automatically highlights as well, similar to using the highlighting feature in preview or word. this would help speed up highlighting when using a cursor and not on a tablet

Add more than 3 pen setting. OneNote let’s us add 10
Make us have the option to add 10 different pen colors and 10 different highlighters in the toolbar.
Also, make the page go longer to make more space (continuous)
