  1. add the check box/button (handwriting or placed shape) recognition feature, easy to convert the Check List

    handwrite the checklist, placed some shapes as the checkbox; An recognition feature + Handwriting Recognition makes the Check List Feature works in GoodNotes.

  2. The ability to reorganize bookmarks

    I use Goodnotes for study, and i add bookmarks. It would be great to be able to reorganize the bookmarks (alphabetically or numerically). That way, finding the right page would become easy AND quick, not having to read through hundreds of bookmarks to find the right one

    The app is great, one of the best in my opinion,

  5. Add shapes feature

    The auto recognition shape feature is pretty cool, but I can't always draw the perfect square or triangle I'm looking for. An idea would be adding a feature to the auto recognition that allows you to drag/resize the shape once it has recognized your drawing.

    The shape and line recognition feature is great but would be even better if I could draw a filled shape.

  7. PDF Functions improvements

    1. Exported pdf lost its bookmarks.
    2. As other pdf reader application, selection of text should be possible. After selecting text, define/copy/etc.. options can be popup.

  8. Add the ability to add an left-side offset to the auto-advance-field for left-handers

    Please add the option to have the auto-advance field not start at the very left but an offset that you can setup yourself.
    Following problem is occurring:
    As right-handed writer, you can rest your hand on the middle/right side of the screen (especially in landscape) and only use the left part to write... lets say only writing to the middle and then switch back to the beginning, giving you an option to write without moving your hand.
    As left-hander I can't rest my hand on the left side of the screen. If I could setup an offset for the auto-advance-field…

  10. Calligraphic handwriting tool that fixes crappy handwriting- like Noteshelf

    Noteshelf has a calligraphy pen. When I write with it, my handwriting is completely legible and it feels like I'm writing on real paper. I love Goodnotes, but I have to work hard to make it legible.

  12. Search handwriting using multiple languages at once.

    The handwriting recognition and the ability to expert searchable PDF's are outstanding features. But I often write notes that include both English and other languages, especially French, that come up in my work, and the current search and export based on only one language at a time significantly limits the usefulness of these features, especially because it leads to significant errors in recognition, because, for instance, if the language is set to English, it will "recognize" a French word as a very different English wood. Thanks for considering this, and for a great app.

  14. Integrate with Chrome

    I frequently find an article on the internet or a pdf on the internet that I want to download and read in GoodNotes so I can annotate what I'm reading. The process I currently use is that I print the article or pdf as a pdf file that I save in Dropbox. Then I go to Dropbox and open the pdf in GoodNotes.

    It would be great to be able to save the document directly into GoodNotes from my browser (which is Chrome) instead of constantly having to go through Dropbox.

    Wie wäre es mit einer Stempel Funktion um sich eigene Stempel zu erstellen und diese zB mit bei Unterschriften einzufügen?
    Natürlich kann man das via Bilder machen - aber dies zu integrieren wäre natürlich netter

  16. Shape recognition additions

    I'd like to see arrows, for dimensional drawings, in shape recognition mode. Even better would be including the handwriting recognition with this to create something like

    | <------ 3 1/2" ------> |

    Using the stylus. Also curves. I'm sketching some planned remodeling and being able to draw doorways and add dimensions easily would help.

  17. Please make the "Resize" selection with and unconstrained proportion drag ability

    Right now if I try and resize a selected object, the only option is to resize the object on both dimensions (length and width), but I'd like to be able to resize on only one dimension sometimes.

    For a good implementation example, see the app "Inkflow"... they have both abilities there. But overall I like your app better so... please implement this feature!

  19. Drift Mode (auto scroll)

    Add a "drift mode" for writing in zoom mode (not in the zoom window). I hat writing in the zoom window. I much prefer to write directly page, however doing so when zoomed in requires me to manually scroll the page. It should move with me as I write, and I should also have a return button at the edge of the page to advance to the next line automatically.

  20. Save notes in calendar

    I write notes for meetings and so on and would save this as a daily memory like a daily calendar for note taking.
