To be able to see the creation day of the page
It is vital for me to see the date of the creation of my page. Some pages are memories from trips. Some notes are memories from a special event on a work day . I would love to be able to see the date and time, and there may be more details about the specific page. I was so surprised to find that you cannot :)

moving items across pages
Allow for selected items to be moved across pages for a better workflow.
this saves time from not having to copy-paste items instead.basically making it so multiple pages can be treated as one:

Precise Sticker/Element Sizing
We should be able to add multiple elements or stickers and make them the same size with a precision sizing tool. If I put down 3 memo pad stickers and I want all 3 to be the same size, there shouldn’t be a constant resizing from the corner sizer. We could click on the sticker or element and put in a font size or pixel dimensions.
Or an option as we are placing it to choose the size. Either way something to keep stickers and other elements consistent in size from page to page and even on the same page…9 votes -
Scan documents feature in photo tool
You can scan documents for the template, but not for the photo tool. I think adding this feature to the tool would be very helpful in many cases.

Improve text overflow feature
Please improve the overflow text feature. Right now, if I add text to an existing page and it reaches the end, I have to add a new page for overflow each time. It should be possible to overflow to the next existing page automatically. Also, I do not see the overflow text until I add a page, so what I have written can easily be lost if I am not paying close attention. I have to backspace until the writing reappears, or add a new page- but not seeing a paragraph I have written is very stressful. It also breaks…

Sidebar navigation instead of infinity nested files
Please create a sidebar with dividers and subjects and files to make navigation easier. It's more convenient than clicking file into file just to find one document.

Sync all button
I have had multiple documents that needs to be synced but they generally take their own time before syncing. If there can be a button to force sync all files to cloud that would save me so much headache and time.

Toggle menu

Automatic backup: integration of pcloud.com with their API
Your automatic backup is a great feature My request: Please include https://www.pcloud.com/ in your list of backup locations.
The backup folder should be user defined.
The ability to restore GoodNotes notebooks from backup should also be implemented.
pCloud has a full API: https://docs.pcloud.com/. Maybe https://pipedream.com/apps/pcloud can help you or give you some ideas.

Similar to the old school paper notebooks, I am having difficulty writing at the bottom of any page, as my hand is out of level from the notebook (iPad goodnotes) and I do not like leaving my pages half blank just because its a digital notebook.
It will be very helpful to write with the same comfort level on the whole page if the bottom of the page can be pulled to the middle (at least while in Zoom) with non-writable blank space to put my palm on.

interactive widgets
Hello Goodnotes team, apple introduced the interactive widgets with ios 17. I think it is fantastic, if you add the vocabulary function to the interactive widgets. apple showed it with the example of quizlett in the WWDC. If you add this you can learn easy your vocabularys on your Home screen by swiping between the apps.

Enhancements for Recordings
- Recordings should serve as links to the notebook page you wrote them on. If you’re listening to a recording, it should automatically hop to the page you were writing on at that part of the recording
- Ability to rename, delete, and split recordings
- Ability to adjust speed when listening to a recording

Making Study set easier to navigate
I tried the new study set fission, and I love the concept.
The only problem I have with are:1 not being able to see and jump trough all my flashcards
2 having to press twice on the question/answer cart to be able to edit, and the fact that hey open in a different section completely, this is a little annoying since I cannot see my question when I'm writing the answer9 votes -
Toolbar and pen sizing collapsed into drop menu, new update frustration
I hate that the new update collapsed pen sizing into a drop menu. This messes with my workflow because I tend to do fast pen switching and now it feels more clunky now that there's a fourth color option. Please allow for toolbar editing/rearranging.

Freeform
Please setup a note just like “Freeform”which you can write nonstop and connect ideas together on an unlimited screen
Love the recording feature however if you can set it up to play from the point you touch your slide or when you wrote something it will much helpful.If they are sounding vague please give me a call and I can explain more
