A possible phased implementation:
1. Make existing bookmarks (to other pages within the same GoodNotes document) accessible as tap-able, reposition-able text links on a digital ink (or PDF) page
- (via a drag and drop U/I which lists existing bookmarked pages)2. Enhance the drag and drop U/I to allow selection of other digital ink (or PDF) GoodNotes documents
3. Extend the existing HTML link capabilities to include outgoing X-Callback links to other (iOS &/or macOS apps)
4. Implement incoming X-Callback links built on top of the linking mechanism in item 2, above

Creating hyperlinks to other notebooks within a notebook can be a useful feature when working with large notebooks or multiple notebooks in a project. It allows you to quickly navigate between different sections of your work without having to manually search for the relevant notebook or section.
To create a hyperlink to another notebook in a notebook, you can follow these steps:
Open the notebook where you want to create the hyperlink.
Select the text that you want to turn into a hyperlink.
Click on the Insert Hyperlink button in the toolbar (or press Ctrl+K on Windows, or Cmd+K on Mac).
In the dialog box that appears, select "Notebook" from the "Link type" dropdown menu.
Choose the notebook you want to link to from the list of available notebooks.
Select the section of the notebook you want to link to (if applicable).
Click "OK" to create the hyperlink.
The importance of this feature depends on the specific use case and the size and complexity of your notebooks. For smaller, simpler notebooks, creating hyperlinks may not be necessary. However, for larger projects with multiple notebooks and sections, hyperlinks can save time and make it easier to navigate and organize your work. https://www.nexusiceland.org/ -

Please, it's 2021. We need this basic feature. The outline feature is not enough.

This is one feature I do use in OneNote. I have a master page that contains all the links to my important items across notebooks and pages. Then I can have a nice simple clean Todo page with links jumping off to pages that contain all teh details or notes about the items.

Create links to other Good Notes pages using lasso tool - circle an item, tap, choose Link and then get presented with a view of all the pages available in the various notebooks. Choose one - and a link would be formed with the selected text

I take extensive notes in meetings and classes. I have digital textbooks, notebooks divided by topics, etc. My notebooks are often 100+ pages before relegated to ‘old content’.
Problem is a lot of what I do has overlap and yes, the tabs help with flipping back and forth. But not when sharing my notes or reviewing them! A basic hyperlink system shouldn’t be too hard to build and integrate. Could probably even be set up customizable: either as a button system via the highlighter or a text selection.

I agree with below, I would really like to be able to hyperlink another notebook page, document, or web page - Importing a PDF often makes the notebook cumbersome, when all you really need is a link if you need to reference it.
At a minimum, the ability to hyperlink another goodnotes notebook ( in a simple way ) would be useful. If there is a SIMPLE way to do this that someone knows of please share it with me

I don’t know why this hasn’t gotten more traction. Is there a similar suggestion that’s gotten more attention? Hyperlinks are pretty basic by now right?
