3.5 years of asking good notes to add hyperlinks... When will this happen???

I have just purchased Goodnotes and I would not have done it if I knew that it is not possible to add hyperlinks... this is a basic feature that is really needed for a good reference of the sources

PLEASE ADD EDITABLE HYPERLINKS!!!! Not just hyperlinks inside the app, imported from a pdf.

It makes absolutely NO SENSE to have a note taking app that cannot connect to the sources you are taking notes on. Why on earth is this not an option?

This is the only thing that keeps Goodnotes from being amazing.

Hyperlinks, please! They could be hotspots, linked paths… What is the promise of a digital notebook over an analog one if not the power of hypertext?

Here are the protocols that would be invaluable to me, in order (some protocols made up, but you get the idea…):

- # (“in book” links to pages within a given notebook)
Being able to start from scratch, building a notebook from the ground up from templates already available in Goodnotes and to be able to link to the pages in that notebook would be invaluable.

Having to import a planner template via PDF with links already in it is nice, but very constraining. I need to be able to link to new pages as I create them!

- http:// (external links to web pages)
This seems like a no-brainer. How many references given are simply to URLs, now?

- mailto: (links to email addresses, launch an email client)
A nice to have, but wouldn't it be cool to have "send email to so-and-so@something.com" in your to-do list and be able to call them directly from your note?

- tel: (links to phone numbers)
Similar notion to the above…

- goodnotes:// (links to other goodnotes notebooks or pages within other goodnotes notebooks)
This is less necessary, as I don’t to tend to reference across notebooks. But I can imagine someone keeping an "index" notebook, bullet journal style, that links to pages in other notebooks.

The app is almost life saver with gorgeous search capability in hand written notes. But is this real in 2021, that it's not possible to paste a working hiperlink into the notes?
Please say no, and give us the how to, because I truly can not believe...

I'm using notability. Goodnotes is so close… but this is vital.

I can’t belive that this is not possible. Love the app, but I now have to switch to another note tool. I should never have paid for this…

Please implement this. This is a basic feature required in a note taking app. It would be useful to link external webpages as well as between notes or pages inside the app itself.

Just not going to happen is it? 352 votes and no sign of hyperlinks to your own pages in your own notebook. I have over 200 pages in one book and it’s painful to flip through them all. But nobody is listening to the loyal users who have paid for this app. Time to look at alternatives? You know who they are!

+1 for adding the ability to insert links to pages within your own notebook!
