Auto save photos to camera roll
I use this to take notes ehile inspecting houses. I take 50-60 or more during an inspection. While I can save each one individually (one at a time) to camera roll it would be awesome if that could happen automatically.

Adding a keyboard shortcut for changing colors
I'm using a bluetooth keyboard with iPad when I'm writing and I find it really useful to change tools with keyboard shortcuts (instead of clicking the icons)! I think it would be better if you could also add a shortcuts for changing colors (for example command+1, command+2, command+3). I will really appreciate that and thanks in advance!

Pasting with dot grid paper
Hi. I use a dot grid background for all my planner pages. I love having that bullet journal feel.
However, pasting onto dot grid paper is a nightmare. If you use stickers, are moving content around, or copying and pasting, when you long press on dot grid paper, the only option you get is "Highlight, Strikeout, Define, Copy". Ahhhh. It's maddening! I always have to hunt for a space on the page that doesn't have the dot grid, and long press to paste there. For some reason, the apple copy and paste doesn't function well in Goodnotes. enhangce search function
Compared with Notability, the search capability of GoodNotes is relatively poor, 1. I can't find individual letters if I'm trying to sort notes with letters, and that's not an idea. 2. It's also hard to find a word if it's near a highlighter marker or some line. 3. Goodnotes also can't search the middle part of a word, which is very limited.

Update to better fountain pen and add calligraphy pen
Please update fountain pen add calligraphy pen. I am obsessed w Notes plus pen setup kept me Frm switching to GoodNotes for awhile. Only switched to goodnotes so I can use BabaNana calendar otherwise I prefers pens from notes plus thx.

paper colour
Allows for paper to be coloured to help people with disabilities and to reduce eye strain, sort of like a wheel of colours to choose when making a sheet of paper

Automatic Handwriting to text conversion in real time without extra steps
It would be amazing if there was a setting where I could default a font and as I start handwriting out notes, it automatically starts to change the words to text, sort of like iPads new "scribble" feature.

Show currently open tab
When you are in the file explorer, there is no way of opening the tabs currently open other than finding one file currently open and opening it or opening a random file and closing the new tab.

Handwriting recognition suggestion
When converting handwriting to text it would be preferable not to add a return automatically at the end of each handwritten line. Instead, add a special symbol to insert a return, like a capital “J” rotated 90° counter-clockwise. I’m thinking of the “return” symbol on BBEdit’s default font.
That one feature could save a great amount of tedium removing returns and adding spaces.

make folders in templates
a template group can have a lot of templates, which can make it difficult to still have an organised overview. when putting templates into folders within a template group, it can make it easier to find and pick the desired template.

Touch Bar on the Mac
The touch bar is a whole new feature that can be used with the app! I would love to use and customize my touch bar to highlight, edit text, change between read/edit mode!

OCR document scanner should allow option to import within a page
currently, when using the OCR document scanner, it automatically imports it as a full size page. There needs to be an option to import the scanned document within a page so that it is easier to edit/resize it.

Color Search
I think it would be an awesome idea to implement a color search! I often use different colors to represent different elements in my notes. For example, I use blue to write new equations or formulas and yellow to write important terminology. It would be so useful to be able to search for words by the color they are written in! Of course, it’s probably a difficult thing to accomplish (what with the ability for users to choose their color from the wheel), but I think if we were allowed to search for our presets, that might help fix that!

Paper
It’s not very practicable to write at the end of a page because there is no more space for the hand to lay. The bottom of the page is always set at the bottom of the screen.
Please let it move upper.It could be also usefull to have the option to rotate freelythe paper.

Improve the eraser resolution and sizes on partial erase mode
Notability has the feature of partial erase that erase by pixel rather than in blocks as GoodNotes has. This is important to people who draw their notes and make cartoons or diagrams.
In GoodNotes, the eraser sizes are limited to three, and the smallest is way too large while the largest is too small.
In GoodNotes, if I am erasing partially, the stroke is erased block by block and this prevents accurate erasure. It should work as accurately as the pens do.

Add a group lines feature
Can you add a “merge” or “group” lines feature? It would make drawing shapes and ideas a whole lot easier. Similar to being able to group multiple lines or images on PowerPoint or google docs.

The ability to mark up your PDF more systematically
When reading a pdf, there are little points that you have to mention in addition. An ability to have a small window/ note beside the main pdf to mention them would be amazing. every time you go over that page, it would tell you that there you have x number of notes on this, or better, it would highlight those lines so you know that there is additional info with those
The other thing that could be added is the ability to connect boxes to each other like in liquid text

Small place (like window) inside PDF archive to write notes
My suggestion is the app could have a smal window inside a pdf to write notes about... Or import a notebook (small) on the archive, or, at least, add "post it" to attach the file (and be able to export them all at the end- not one by one, please).
