Email not a good idea
Email to Goodnote 5 is not a good feature.
I have Goodnote 5 installed on my iPad and home computer Mac. The PDF files are no issue to sync. When I am in the compony which only use the Window 10 computer, I can't easily put the PDF file into the Goodnote easily. The easier method I know is to put the files into the Dropbox or cloud storage. Then, import the PDF files to the Goodnote 5 from Mac or iPad when I go back home. If I annotate the files using other software then follow the same steps…

In split view, eable "go back" on both sides
Currently in split view, only one side has the option to back out to the previous page (for me it's the folder the notebook is in). The other side only has the option to close the app. I want both sides to have the option to go back to the folder level.

On iPad: open files/pics as 1 single document
I get tons pictures from my students’ works.
So I’d like to open several pictures or documents from Files as pages of one single document.So far you can select and share them in GoodNotes, but then I’ll just get many single documents with one page each.
So here should be a dialog like „Open as separate documents“ or „Open all in a single document“ or „Add to document“.You could open a new document in GoodNotes you want to have the pictures in, go to Thumbnail view, go back to Files and share the pictures in GoodNotes (then you’ll…

About the size of the added note page
I wish that in GN i can choose to add a new note page with the same size of the last PDF page so that all the pages of the book would keep regular.( or just with the same width can also help a lot) It’s important to keep standard by sliding, printing or sharing with others etc.

Ability to add sticky notes in a document
In documents packed full with words, it would be really helpful to be able to add sticky notes to annotate. They do not have to be uploaded to the PDF when exported, but I just wanted an option to add a small space to write next to the documents.

Printing and changing pages Sizes
when I print my notes from Goodnotes 5, my letters are always cut out from the page. Why is this happening and how do I resolve it. It’s becoming highly annoying. I just don’t understand because my page is in A4 mode. ALSO HOW DO YOU CHANGE AN ENTIRE NOTEBOOK OF NOTES YOU'VE MADE ON GOODNOTES FROM STANDARD GOODNOTES PAPER TO A4 PAPER! Because I need to change my entire notebooks filled with work and it won’t allow me to change it normally. Please get back to me.

Flat (rectangular tip) highlighter
It may not seem important to many, but when doing some tracker marking to fill up rectangle shapes, it is so hard using a rounded highlighter. I end up using Noteshelf when I really want to use goodnotes. It messes up my entire habit tracking that I use everyday.

Tap Icon To Close Menu
For example, tapping the pen icon will open the pen menu. Tapping that icon again does not close the menu, but it should.

Inserting multiple photos as new pages at a single instance.
When I am inserting photos as a new page, I can only insert one photo at a time and could not insert more than one at a single instance.
It saves lot of time for the users in case they want to insert screenshots of lessons they are going through online.

Disable sync for selected files
It would be great if you could disable the automatic synchronization feature for a certain selected file. Thereby, huge files can be stored only on the device that has enough storage.

On the Mac, make the app remember the last window size. It always open too small on a 1920x1080 screen.

Toolbar palm rejection/change position
I usually write notes using the zoomed window at the top of the iPad because I consider more comfortable to rest my wrist on the glass than on the border of the tablet. Due to this position, I often tap the color/thickness/undo/redo/new page controls with my wrist. Could it be possible to have both the zoom window and the toolbar at the top or maybe near the zoom window’s one, or to have a touch rejection feature that disables the toolbar when the Pencil or the wrist are touching the screen?

Add custom keyboard shortcuts
I would like to be able to select tools using the keyboard but in a more advanced way. At the moment we can only select for example the pen or the eraser, it will be interesting to be able to select for example the predefined colors of the pen thanks to keyboard shortcuts.

Pinning text.
I usually type my notes and code. So sometimes I try to highlight and copy things in The text box and I and it Keeps moving instead of letting highlight/copy. I suggest the option of pining the text box in place (with right click option) so they text box won’t move when I copy from my notes

Floating Clock/Calendar above the presenter page.
I now use Goodnotes as a virtual whiteboard for my lecture and it's been great so far :) That would be great to have some overlay goodies like a clock (with different themes and size options) that floats above the presenter page.

Show Bookmarks when selecting pdf pages in contact sheet mode
I often bookmark pages that I want to export for my students and then go to contact sheet mode in order to select the bookmarked pages and then export. However when I am selecting pages in contact sheet mode, the bookmarks are no longer shown so i dont know which pages I had wanted to export
