Copy a screenshot
Currently, the lasso tool allows you to screenshot part of the page, but only to download it. It would be great to have an option to copy the image as well, making it easier to paste directly where needed.

Make the android version an own app and not running in web!
Hello there,
I am using an oneplus Pad 3 and I am having many difficulties using Goodnotes on it. I think I can speak for the most.
People want an good App, Not an Web Version/running in Chrome.
For example, pen vibrations dont Work for me(because its in the web). Also Double Tap gestures dont Work too.
Can you please implement an real App for Android or give Out the Code for the people/Open source it so we can make our own?
I wont really pay for the App as Long as it Doesnt have the Same Features as on…

Templates importing!
When I get a new template I have to import the pages one at a time! It's so time consuming and irritating, sqme thing for stickers, covers etc. Please add a feature to select multiple at a time, I've noticed the ios version has a way to do that, or maybe it's because this is not a full app

More efficient Import of document
As what apple's version can do, I think it is important to make it easier to import pdfs to the app. In IOS version, we can directly import pdf to goodnotes app in the sharing function, but now, we need to open the app and choose the pdf, which is very inconvenient.

Spell check on written documents
Currently when working with documents any spelling errors are highlighted however there is no option to quickly fix the errors without respelling the word. What I am suggesting is something similar to how spelling errors are handled in Word.

[Text Doc] Custom Formatting Breaks Flow
I just recently started using Goodnotes as a way to take notes while listening to live lectures. Due to the live nature of this, it requires a lot of shorthand note-taking. Specifically, I shorten the word "Number" to "#", which is a regular shorthand for many people. However, when I type "# " (specifically, # with a space after), the Text Document auto formats and creates a new line with a much larger font that has been made bold. Save a default Text Box style
Add the ability to permanently change textbox format settings
Ex: select font size, color.

Shapes Tool, independent color and line selection
Have the shapes tool its independent color and line selection.
The shapes tool uses at the moment the current color and line variant from the previously used pen. If you want another color or make it dotted that's fine.
BUT if you change back to pen, the pen adapted the settings.
You would have to change everything back from like orange dotted to blue single line before you could write again if you chose that for the shape.3 votes -

Search for text from all documents
I would like the ability to search across all documents, not just within a single file.
For example, if I search for a specific word like “rockxgr” and I don’t know which document contains it, the system should return all document(s) where that text appears.

Save Button
I know things autosave, but sometimes new things I write does not and then I lose all the things I wrote notes for my classes.
To help be more precise for users to know for sure their new edits are saved before closing, add a "SAVE NOW" button!! to prevent any of these issues.
