1. managing files and folders in the windows file explorer

   goodnotes as a windows native app with the created files and folders accessible/managable throu the file explorer.
   option to choose where to save the files (saving on another drive for example, switching standart folder would also be useful)

   the folders and subfolders created in the app are made in the selcted folder, accessing it via file explorer will give you the exact same strukture

   advantages:
   -easy selecting of specific files via explorer without the need to exit already opend files (if you need to look something up while working on homework)
   -possibillity to share specifi files or complete folders without the need to export as pdf etc.
   -better controll over the saved data with good overview
   - possibility to save on NAS if desired
   - user experience would be the same as on the ipad, just the ones prefering the file explorer would have that option

   for still having the "cloud sync" feature the standart folder after installation can be onedrive, so that only the ones who want to use said features can change it.

3. Ability to standardise my account

   I have quite a number of annotated notes i refer to do my homework/revision. With synced accounts it would be great as all my saved files will be viewable on both screens. I would be able to have another screen to use while referring to my notes. Currently, I divide my iPad screen into my imported annotated notes and a notebook for me to do my homework. It is hard to write on my iPad with only half the screen available.

4. Using fingers to resize and move selection

   Unfortunately, at the moment it is only possible to resize or move the selection using the stylus. In my opinion, it would simplify the operation if this was also possible with the finger or even with the computer mouse.

5. It will be the best idea if most of the studying features are free

   As a student, and someone who doesn't really have an income it would really be better if the features/ tools we use to make notes are free ^^

6. IOS and Windows

   It would be nice to access the same Notebooks with markups on my ipad as my windows computer
   - Same fonts (it is the same app, so fonts should transfer over the same between ipad and windows)
   - If I have a folder on my ipad with multiple documents, the folder should be able to show up on my windows with the same files inside
   - it would also be nice if the apple calendar could be imported into goodnotes (for planner and task use)
   - Outlook emails, to be able to add files and emails into goodnotes as a link to reference

7. Calendar integration for Android

   Like the Apple version.... True calendar integration. It is now common on other applications. What goes on Google Calendar shows on Good notes and vice versa.

10. Goodnote android/windows/web is a scam

    The bar goodnote has set on iPad, I am surprised to see how can they go so low on windows, android side. It literally feels like a scam to have some subscription based app which just doesn't work. I truly believe if you make a native windows or android app and it is as fluid as the iPad, people will start using it. I have always been a digintal note taker and good note made me use digital note taking more because how good it is. But on windows and android, I just used once and I had to delete it as the experience is so bad.

    I am still surprized how come they are pushing updates into windows web based app every month. I think the best strategy would be a native app with basic features and then needs to build on that otherwise it will lose all real subscribers.

15. (Comment function) Activate the on/off function, eraser size adjustment, and shape re-edit function in the settings.

    I am a user who switched from iPad Pro to Galaxy Tab S9 Ultra and is using Good Notes.
    As a user who solves problem sets with Good Notes, there are three things that are quite inconvenient.
    First, the add comment button is too active and inconvenient to use.
    While writing with the S Pen, the comment button is activated and writing continues to stop.
    I wish the function to turn on and off the comment button in the settings window was activated.
    Second, the size of the eraser is not adjustable. There are only 3 sizes, but I wish I could adjust the size of the eraser because it is inconvenient to erase everything I don't want to erase.
    Third, after creating a shape (circle, triangle, square, star), you can scroll to the end of the shape and edit it again on iPad, but editing is not possible on the Android version.
    Good Notes is also available on the Galaxy Tab, and since I paid a lot for the device, I think Android Good Notes needs improvement.
    I think the slowdown will gradually improve, but there were too many inconveniences while using it.

17. Add fill to pen shapes

    Suggest adding a fill option to pen created shapes that are closed, but not straight lines. Even nicer if the fill had hatch patterns.

19. be able to copy from one notebook to another

    I am able to lasso writing and copy paste in one notebook but it gets rid of the clipboard as soon as I leave the notebook so I can't paste the lasso section in another notebook and have to rewrite it. It would be nice to have the clipboard remember across books
