Make it harder to duplicate a document
Please add a confirmation button to the duplication shortcut. "command D" duplicates my notebooks and makes my good notes crash. I accidentally press it instead of "command F" which is search quite often.

Slide build, as in PowerPoint/Keynote
Allow the creation of slides which "build", like PowerPoint's "appear" animation, without making multiple pages.
I am a university professor; my colleagues and I use GoodNotes heavily both for teaching and presenting our research at scientific conferences. Setting notebook specific elements and presets
Make it so I can set which groups of elements I would see in which notebooks. Along with color presets and line widths. If I am in my budget planner I would like to see different elements than with my daily planner. I also use different width pens and different colors. Rather than seeing long lists.

WHITE BOARD LOVERS: Handwriting Capture to Movable Elements
Apple recently allows you to hold a photo and turn objects into a sticker element. Imagine how useful it would be to use this feature to edit handwriting notes after they are written.
To be able to take a photo of my whiteboard full of notes or a concept map... and then able to edit the words/ shift objects just like it was written in my goodnotes instead.

IOS app - charge during download instead of in-app.
We are a corporation and it will be easier for us to purchase your app using MDM rather than going to each IPAD at a time and purchase it that way.

Allow the relocating function in a zoom window
I use Goodnotes for taking notes.
It would be nice if I could use the relocating function(the red one in the pic) in the zoom window.Everytime I move my handwritings I should turn on the zoom window again and it is very annoying.

Hello, is it Possible to make a version of goodnote for Windows Touch Devices like the Microsoft Surface with the Support of Pens like the Surface Pen? it would be nice if i can use your software without buying a expensive apple ipad.

Keep the tool in use attached to each page
It would be great to have the tool in use attached to a page.
For instance, on one page, I have a pdf open and I use the highlight tool.
On another page, I take notes with the pen.
Going back and forth from one page to the other, I have to change the tool each time.

disable snap-to-grid
I take a picture of a bathroom and use goodnotes to draw simulations of furniture and tiles etc. on top of the image i.e. the straight lines on the image does not align with the straight lines on the grid paper (due to optics, angles, wide-angles, etc.)
Quite often, it is impossible to draw the correct straight line exactly from the correct points on the image e.g. floor corner to ceiling corner, because Goodnotes insist on snapping the line to the underlying grid.
I wish I could completely disable all snap-to-grid functionality.

Highlight colour options in slider mode
When using the slider mode on ipad where i have two seperate documents open side by side both occupying half the screen, the highlight colour options are not visible. I have to click on colour menu and change it every time. Please update it so we have colour options even when it's in slider mode.

Aumentar a quantidade de cores disponiveis quando a tela esta no modo horizontal
Olá! Algo que me incomoda muito é o fato de o aplicativo liberar apenas 3 cores quando o iPad está em modo horizontal, sendo que há espaço para colocar muito mais cores. Seria muito interessante aumentar esse número de cores para diminuir o tempo gasto para troca de cores

[Outline] Shortcuts for creation
Different suggestion from the much needed sub-outlines (see the 600+ voted on suggestion by Daniel Wyatt “Sub-Outlines in Outline”) which would bring in a collapsible feature in Outline.
This is about being able to assign, to different elements of the outline, headings which would be integrated into the Outline system. Right now the document may have different internal headings, but if I add these to the GoodNotes Outline, they are difficult to keep in their actual order.

Automate imports via watched folders or shortcuts
I would like to have a quicker method of importing PDFs on my Mac into the goodnotes app. Connecting GoodNotes to Apple shortcuts would allow me to program this myself, but a "Watch Folder" for the Mac app would work just as well.

Option to deactivate presentation mode on iPadOS 16.2
iPadOS 16.2 added external monitor support. However, when I open a notebook in Goodnotes it messes with the size of my external monitor due to presentation mode automatically starting. I want to be able to deactivate it, so I can properly use my monitor.

Shortcut/Alias
Having the same file in multiple folders without having to duplicate the file to make 2 separate files. So edits on the document in one folder affect edits in the other folder.

Take notes in Margins
When a new page is created or a pdf imported into GoodNotes, there is a margin on the sides. Occasionally, students use these pdf slide decks to take notes, but end up marking up the page. Sometimes those pages don’t have room for notes. Being able to write in the free margins of the window would be an excellent way to take notes without writing directly on slides/pages. Either making it a permanent change or an option to make margin notes in documents would be great.

add or enable the use of smart pen
It would be very useful and would improve a lot the versatility of the app if one could use a smart pen to write with ink on paper and directly (or in some way) transfer on the app what has been written by the real pen

Force Sync Button !!!
Sometimes the sync is brilliant, but other times I have to close and reopen the app over and over again.
I hate having to do workarounds when there should be an easy fix. Like, just add a refresh/force sync button !!!!!!!!
