Hovering toolbar
The toolbar should be movable from its usual fixed spot (top or bottom). And when you start scribbling notes, the toolbar should go transparent. This would be so great to have!

duplicate handwriting as easy as pics
when you want to dublicate a picture, you just have to click on it and hold and drop. it would be great to be able to do that with selected handwriting as well!

removal of recording bar in the under tool bar
after the voice recording update, when I use split view using the under toolbar, the recording bar comes up and I cannot use the toolbar. This problem only happens when I use the under toolbar. For me, the under toolbar is much more comfortable to use, but I cannot use this anymore because of this error. I'm waiting for the new update and bug fix, but I couldn't see the changes even if I update my iPad and good notes app in the app store. I hope this problem is improved so this bug will be eliminated.

Sorting different in documents and folders
At the moment the sorting option by date or by name is the same for folders and the complete documents. There should be a way where on the main documents page you can sort by date and sort by name in a subfolder.

back-linking similar to obsidian
Tool to highlight specific words/phrases/diagrams and back-link them all together. Would work similar to the search function for words but would allow you to create faster connections between ideas by simply clicking on the linked text in the note.
Could even automatically take all back linked pieces of text and combine into one temporary page.

The possibility to store more standards regarding the text feature
When using the text feature, I often just use too much time selecting the fonts, font sizes or the positioning. It would be nice to have a feature like we have in Microsoft Word for example, where you could store the setting for each type of your text and switch between all of them with just one or two clicks. But I would prefer it to be in a smaller and more subtle way.

Copy and paste text
In the most recent update you changed the copy and paste text to the formatting of where you copied it from instead of the formatting I already have on the text box. Please change it back to how it was before the update where whatever I copied and pasted is the same formatting I have in my text box!!

Drop shadow or customizable border around images/imported screenshots
It would improve content visibility and visual hierarchy. Unfortunately, there currently is no easy and quick workaround.

Some countries appstore don’t apply applegiftcards so can’t send goodnotes. Please upload both full version and trial version in appstore.

For presentations: a private "notes" page next to each standard page
When giving a lesson as a teacher (or generally presenting something with GoodNotes) it's always difficult to view your personal notes on your iPad while sharing the class notes on a projector. Give the option to have a private "notes" page next to each standard page that is publicly shared via AppleTV.

Same note and double page for PowerPoint viewing
The side-by-side function is good, but it occupies the other app screen for use. Would it be better to have same note but allows two page alignment like a book? So that we would not have to use other app screen, and we view 2 pdf PowerPoint pages at once using one screen.

Allow scrolling off the page so that writing on the edges of a page is easier
I am left-handed and use GoodNotes on my iPad for taking notes. When you're editing a document and zoomed in so that the entire width of the document can not be displayed and scroll all the way to the edge of the document, GoodNotes forces the edge of the document to the edge of the display and does not allow you to scroll off the page. This makes it difficult for me when writing at the beginning of a line, since I'm left-handed, my hand is often hovering off the edge of my iPad or I need to set something…

Meine Idee wäre, dass man mehrere Farbpaletten erstellen kann und zwischen denen hin und her scrollen kann.
Man könnte sich so zum Beispiel auf der ersten „Seite“ eine Palette für die Arbeit/Schule erstellen und auf der darauf folgenden eine für seinen Kalender.1 vote -
Toggle between blank and annotated page
I often draw all over a page, but then can’t read the text underneath after. There should be a quick and easy way to go back and forth between the unannotated and the annotated page, just like the / button lets you go back and forth between the original and edited photo on Lightroom.
