Easy zoom for Mac app
I would love to be able to hold Cmd and scroll to zoom into documents on the Mac

Images in Comments
Being able to add images in comments would improve communicative abilities when reviewing docs and also provide the ability to add references/context images to paragraphs that can collapse into just a comment note. ( and don’t occupy space in the actual page )

Goodnotes flat top stove !!!
When I write my iPad heats up and drains the battery , I see this issue has not even been a priority for goodnotes users like my self
When will it be fixed and not just worked on being fixed ?
I love your app but if I can get more screen time, less heat and less drainage I’ll move to another app
Also please include some organization for the folders I like some of the organization but it can feel overwhelming this being all over the place I like ABCD organization it’s terrible

Pencil stabilization
In apps like procreate you can change the level of stability of your pen to get smoother lines. I believe the Apple notes app also has a bit of it incorporated so the hand writing is cleaner and does not look like writing with a mouse on a pc. It would be great to have a stability or assistance regulation feature in the pencil options as the hand writing gets very difficult compared to other apps.

PLZ MAKE the PEN ICON to only CIRCLE in MacBook .
plz remove those 4 lines around circle in Pen tool. it really FRUSTRATES THE EYES while annotating pdf by Wacom tablet .

Return to previous tool after pasting text
After coping text from and pdf and pasting into GoodNotes there should be an option to return to the previous tool, such as the pen, to go straight to adding notes or drawing. Much like the eraser can automatically return to the pen.

Apple Shortcuts Support
Currently, GoodNotes offers a few basic actions in Apple Shortcuts.
I would love to see more advanced actions that allow users to customize their workflows to a greater extend.Here are some automations/workflows I could imagine:
- Shortcut to open the notebook corresponding to the lecture your currently sitting in (by checking your current calendar events)
- Every evening, automatically check whether I’ve written something to my diary today, if not, prompt me to do so and open the last page
- Every evening, check which lecture notes were edited, then export them and share them with a friend who doesn’t use GoodNotes

Object Orientation Snapping
If I have a line at any arbitrary angle and wanted to draw another line at the same angle, it would be nice to have a feature that would give me the option. Similar to notability or PowerPoint, matching object dimensions, angles, or even centers of concentric circles would be amazing. As a physics student, I have to draw many diagrams and often times I will either have a terrible diagram because i know I won’t have time to make a nice drawing with matching dimensions or I miss crucial information while trying to get my lines to be the…

when i hand-write on a pdf - Select it and copy , I cant open the options to paste it!

I would like to display GoodNotes content on a third party application using an iframe.
I would like to embed the web version of a note in an iframe so I can display it in home-assistant.

Inkscape like locking and grouping of objects
When using an image in background for annotaion two things would be great:
- disable/lock image in background so one can select/move/copy... notes made on
that image without affecting the image itself.- allow grouping elemts s.t. those elements are selected together. Image with notes on it is always moved etc. together with notes so layout is preserved

Combing of various flashcards to one
Ím learning on a subject with different chapters. For each chapter I create my flashcards. In the end I will have various ammount of flashcards. But as I good exam preperation I want to combine all flashcard folder to one folder together in order to have all in one file/folder. So I will have better learning results such as Anci or Quizzlet. The problem of various flashcards is the fact, that I exactly know in which folder which answer is available. With combining all together, I would have better linking connecting in my brain.

Merging quicknotes
Hi, happy customer here :) The ‘Merging-Pages-and-Notebooks-Together’ support doc (4432013197711) talks about merging documents. No mention of merging QUICKNOTES. When I was a new user ALL the docs i created were ‘QUICKNOTES’. Pls update the support doc- merging quicknotes directly seems to be supported (I’m running v 5.9.108). Thx.
