Lines switch for blank page
I like using the blank page for my note taking as it allows me the freedom of note taking style. However, when I start writing paragraphs I end up with slanted, is there any chance you add a toggle switch that allows the user to toggle lines on the page temporary and switch them off when done, so we can have straight paragraphs please. Thanks! I seriously can’t live without GoodNotes!

File Colours
It would be great, and useful for my organisation, if we could change the colours of files instead of having them all blue!

Continuous writing
I suggest to add a continous writing turn off/on button in a writing mode. Because when i use it, sometimes i don’t use that continuous writing mode. But now it is able to go features tab and turn off it. So it is useful to add switch on that writing mode

The ability to import a pdf as a smaller file/image similar to the way Notability lets you import scanned pdfs by giving you two options of either importing it as an image or importing it as a full-scale pdf would be an amazing feature. GoodNotes seems to make it imperative that something must be scanned instead of imported from another source in order to recognize text. This is the case at least when importing images or pdfs that were not OCR'd and have unrendered text in them.

Simultaneous iCloud use
I wish the uploading to iCloud of fast enough to be able to make edits to the same notebook on my iPad and Mac at the same time. Like with Google Docs, multiple people or accounts can edit the same document without one having to stop/wait for the other.

It would be cool to have access to my GoodNotes across different devices by logging in to the app/website with a username and password in case I don’t want to/can’t use iCloud.

Add new blank page same size as previous page
Now:
- When want to add new blank page, can only choose from preset sizes (not same size as document).
- Or, copy 'current template' and insert blank image onto page.Suggestion:

Make the size of the paper displayed on the screen the same as the size of the real paper.
Please add the ability to scale the size of the paper on the screen so that it is the same size as the actual paper.
The story of how I came to this conclusion is below.GoodNote's convenient scaling function makes it easy to draw fine text and figures. But at the same time that functionality takes you away from writing on actual paper.

Flipping Images and Writing
While I enjoy the rotate and resize tool, I feel that inverting images should be implemented! It's useful for drawing (take chemical figures) or plain symmetry for digital note-taking.

adjust size of automatically generated shapes
when creating a shape you have du manually select the shape to adjust the size at the knots in the corners, preselection right after creation would be great.

Positioning of Document
Ability to place the open document more away from the edge, for better Handwriting.
Current Workaround: Place bigger Notebookcover at First place, doesn´t work, when all other documents are the same Size

Make handwriting in comments possible
Hi, I love to write handwriting on slides, but sometimes the space isn‘t enough. That‘s why I love the comment feature, but I would love if the comments were possible to be handwritten as well. Right now it‘s only possible to add keyboard-written text, please add an option to fill the comment-space with handwriting! Sometimes its also nice to add little pictures/graphs that you draw in the comment space.

ISSUES: When formatting text in the textbox the format is lost if the size of the text is changed after giving it format. It should not.
As a tip, the 'line spacing' tool should not go as precise as 0,01 per step, that is not useful (as the text size, 1 per step should be OK).When editing (typing) a text box from a page, and want to edit another text box from another page (typing) there is an error that is not user friendly. The text box can not be edited until the previous textbox from the first page…

Duplicate button
After selecting an object or text it should pop-up the option or duplicating the item instead of having to copy and paste it. This function would help a lot in efficiency, please work on it...

Links and videos
If you're not going to try to add voice recording to goodnotes, I think it would be just as helpful to add the ability to link websites, or paste videos into the notes the same way you'd attach a picture. GIFs would be fascinating as well.
