  1. Launcher Support

    Would like for programs like Launcher Pro and others to launch the app without the app believing you are trying to upload a file. This creates an error every time I launch Goodnotes from Launcher on my iPad.

  2. Choose to save more Text box colour presets!!!!

    I REALLY REALLY need this feature because I used text boxes as headings in my notes and it wastes wayyyy too much time going in to change the colour each time

    It's such a simple feature I can't believe it hasn't been implemented yet T^T. I would pay ungodly amounts of money for this because it would seriously save me SO MUCH time for note taking

  3. formatting when handwritting

    formatting handwriting in GoodNotes is a real chore.
    For example, I want to insert a carriage return, there is no gesture to do that, or insert a tab. It really defeats the purpose if I have to go back through and apply formatting.

    Every good critique has a proposal:
    Most people hold their tablet with two hands, I envision a tool pallet on the opposite side, where the user can use their thumb to press buttons like "new line", or tab. this can later be expanded to include buttons like italic, bold, different pen colors.

  4. Image stabilizer

    A feature that allows us to write over an image without selecting it by accident. Every time I write on images it gets frustrating when it selects it. It would be nice if images can only be selected when we click on the image tool so it doesn’t interfere with my writing.

  6. Please add sync capabilities outside of icloud (e.g. onedrive)

    A lot of people, including myself can't really use iCloud for professional or personal reasons, and so it would help immensely if we can have Goodnotes sync be a feature for other cloud services like Onedrive or google drive. I don't mean the automatic backup feature, I mean live syncing between devices via Onedrive and other applications

  7. I can't move my shared notebooks to documents folder.

    When I create a sharing link for a notebook and share it with other users, other users cannot move the notebook to documents folder or another folder. Whenever they want to move it, show a note on the screen ''notebook is moved'', but this is not done. I request your urgent help on this issue. Or you should enable folder sharing as soon as possible.

    Please add a setting, so that the squeezing of the apple pencil pro switches to erase and as soon as one stops squeezing the mode gets back to the previous one. I use this a lot in the Notability-app and I got used to it so quickly, that I always squeeze the pencil, when I want to erase something...

  13. Customise grid sizes

    I would love to have the ability to change the spacing of the grids for the 'Square Paper' template and also set a default grid spacing size for all the different paper options for both portrait and landscape just like Notability does. So it doesn't matter which paper size you choose to have if it is either A3, A4 or A5 etc, the gird spacing size will stay the same.

  15. Sharing cross platforms

    I followed your instructions on how to create a link between my iPad document and the Windows version. I turned on "Share Link to Collaborate" on my iPad. Then, I got the message "Uploading document...Please wait a moment." After 1/2 hour, the message did not change and I exited. Is this a bug?

  19. Short/Long and hard/soft touch with the finger or pencil can doing different things

    It would be great if you could do different things with different types of clicks and pressure with the Apple Pencil.

    In addition to a better distinction between the pencil and the finger, that if you touch a link with the finger it opens and with the pencil it does not do anything or it can be edited (it depends)

    Other useful things could be done with one, two or a hold click of the pencil and finger.

    For example, if you click (with Apple Pencil or finger) on the pen thicknesses, it will quickly change between the predefined thicknesses…
