Full screen note taking - Hide toolbar
Basically add an option where you could hide the toolbar, tabs and top menu to allow for a full screen note taking experience. Right now the toolbar is useful, sometimes, but extremely big as it takes up like 20% of the screen which does not feel very modern.
Could add a small toggle for this pretty easily.

Date stamp and better date sorting
Need a date field for the date I took the note. This date should be static.
The current sort function looks at “last modified” but is easily tricked (i.e. if you move the note today, the note will move to top of date sort instead of reflecting original date).
Alternative: just allow date sorting by both created date and last modified date.

Text writing
This was previously possible and I’d love to see it return- the ability to single tap or double tap on a sticker and write without the sticker option for copying and pasting activating especially if text box is deselected in lasso tool.

double tap join a custom zoom
I hope that double-clicking can allow users to set a third zoom size, not just the minimum zoom and zoom in to the page size, but also the maximum visible block zoom, you can refer to Apple books, their double-click zoom is what I want, so that it can make People who write on books get more room to mark their handwriting

Change color of existing notes with new marker pen mode
The standard way of using the marker is to draw an ugly form of transparent color above your text. Imagine, you could just recolor the text you have previously written instead with the marker pen in another mode...the standard method of selecting, long pressing and changing color with a menu every time takes soo long. Attached is an image with an example and an icon idea.

Delete PDF-outline
It would be nice if you could delete parts of the pdf outline or the complete outline of an imported document. Currently, you are only able to edit your own outline.

Collapsible “Sticky Notes”
Especially in PDFs and PowerPoint Presentations where you cannot add more room to write on or around the page, having the ability to add and create a collapsible “sticky note” on the page would be useful. An example is provided:

Import feature in the windows beta
i am student i do watch youtube videos and take take leacture notes in the interval during those times i have to take screenshot of the diagram in the video this is i vey helpful so if i can import this pic into my digital notebook in goodnotes

why you replace favourites menu with the recording function menu，keep them both！

Good Notes 5 Copy and Paste lagging at times
When you copy an item and go to paste it again Goodnotes can lag, sometimes up to a minute.
The issue can occur at anytime but is more prevalent when you are copying something from one page to another in the same document.
Goodnotes also freezes for up to 30 seconds for no apprent reason every now and then.
We have 4 I pad
It appears the delay/lag is occuring while Goodnotes is wrting data to either iCloud, Google Drive or both.
We have 4 x iPad Pro's running Goodnotes 5 and the issue is present on all 4 devices.

log in area on the app
If you have different iCloud accounts you have no way to sync your notes so a log in option on the app would be great rather than just the pay option

Turn off comment option when drawing or highlighting.
I have had a problem for a couple of months. I use Good notes for tutoring, and I use the highlighter or drawing features a lot on imported text documents. When my students try to draw or highlight, "the comment" option frequently appears. It is very sensitive if they hold down the key for too long. This is annoying and frustrating for them. How can I turn off the comment feature?

Move Page further to the left or right (when using vertical scrolling) for comfortable writing
This is a major problem for people who like to utilise the whole length of the lines/all of the margins.
