New Scrolling Feature: Page Flipping (Vertically & Horizontally)
I hope you can add an option to have a page flipping ‘animation’ whenever going from one page to another that is similar to what it would look like in real life. Instead of the usually swiping to the next page, we would need this animation feature to add more fun and simulation to our note making process. Additionally, this would dramatically make the app more real to life. Personally, this would make me more engaged (and happy hehe) when flipping through long textbook PDFs or my digital notebooks. extend-option for external display
It would be great that you can extend your display with an external monitor, besides the already existing mirroring option. So that you can view good notes documents, while working on another on the ipad.

Color choices that are document/book specific
I have different color schemes for different books and it annoys me that I constantly have to change which three pencil and highlighter color shows on the toolbar. This would be an awesome upgrade!

enable keyboard shortcut M for element
Currently keyboard shortcut for Element is not enabled. even though it is stated as M upon hovering over the button.
also an option to not leave element tool after adding an element will be nice. it'll be useful when catching up on the older task during bullet journalling.

Language bar for goodnotes like Windows
It would be very useful to know real time current language usage and update when we change language like widows. I don't want to try to type just 1 letter to see what language is. Sometime a change language button on my keyboard is not working or there's no popup on a screen shows that a language is already changed or not, so I don't know that a language is still not changed yet. Please add it!!!

‘Freeze’ main window when using zoom box
When writing in the zoom box, it is often convenient to focus the main window at a site separate from the place one is writing. In GN4 the window stayed where it ‘was set’. In GN5, it slides to the place of writing. Please freeze the main window. (And return the other features of the GN4 zoom box, as others suggest :)). Thanks for a great App!

Goodnotes for Android
Please bring goodnotes app for Android tablets. I really loved goodnotes on ipad but I have not shifted to Android tabs. There are no goo alternatives. Would love to get Good notes on Android. Please accept this Good notes Team!!!!!

Group tabs
I find myself opening up many notes at once, sometimes it leads to accidentally deleting some notes and I have to find them to re-open them again. If it were possible to have this function, I think it would be nice. A function similar to how google chrome on pc works, we can group tabs on chrome pc. I’m not really sure about chrome on iPad but if it were possible to use that type of technology with GoodNotes I think it would be helpful.

Sorting of tabs at the top by least-recently-used or alphabetically
When I have a note open, I would like to see the tabs at the top in alphabetical order, and sometimes in least-recently-used order.
Right now, I never understand how they are sorted, but, in any case, they are not sorted in a useful way.

Provide settings to let users choose the sync frequency
I suggest to provide a setting where GoodNotes sync's only rarely.
So, for instance, when I go back to the overview of all the notes I have in GoodNotes on my iPad, or when there is a longer time of inactivity in GoodNotes, or when I switch to a different app, then GN could do a sync.Right now, it synchronizes every 10 seconds or so, which drains the battery a lot. Having a hexagonal would make chemistry note taking so much easier. Especially in higher level chemistry since there are so many different compounds you have to learn.

大家都知道如果想关闭工具栏的弹窗只能直接在别的地方写。而对于想在弹窗处写字，不能在空白处（在空白处点击会留下墨迹，希望得到优化）或再次点击工具栏的图标来关闭。这样的操作真的非常反人类。

Please enable FULLSCREEN mode
It would be nice to finally get rid of blue menu bar while editing..
Maybe you could instead ADD a floating QUICK MENU bar, for most important menu choices.. ( Like pen/ereaser/lasso ,colour, text) Or less even..
OR: Implement a radial QUICK MENU..You could make it accessible via gesture, like let's say : click and hold pen together with ONE FINGER tap or soo..

Automatische Passform des Textes für die jeweilige Folienvorlage
Wenn ich beispielsweise einen Text auf einer linierten Vorlage per Tastatur eintippe, möchte ich, dass sich die Schriftgröße und der Zeilenabstand automatisch dieser Seitenvorlage anpasst. Ansonsten überlappen sich die Zeichen mit den Linien, wodurch es sehr unleserlich wird. Eine andere erdenkliche Lösung wäre, dass man den Hintergrund in 2 Teile unterteilen kann, um für den Textbereich einen freien Hintergrund zu haben.
Mein Ziel ist es, per Hand- und per Tastatur geschriebene Texte auf einer Seite zu kombinieren und dabei alles gerade und leserlich zu behalten.
Wie kann ich das lösen?

Different skins for goodnotes' blue menu bar when in drawing mode!
Please, the dark blue menu bar, while in drawing mode, is pretty distracting, and the number one reason I almost didn't stick to goodnotes..
At least make it dark grey or plain light white, or at least create a number of some new inter-changeable menu designs, that we could "buy" in the app, if not for free...Dark mode doesn't help here..4 votes -

Creation and modification date please! Notability has the option to sort by creation date and modification date. Each note should have the two dates

Please add a manual sync button
Often the auto-sync across device is slow and bad and I am forced to use the computer only because what I just typed on the Mac Goodnotes don't appear on the iPad version until a long while later. Should give a manual synchronisation option (like anki).

Theme system
I love GoodNotes. But a feature I’d like to see is one wherein the background and ink colors change when toggling between dark and light modes. The iOS notes apps does this, but it’s just a terrible note taking app. Maybe the option to toggle between date and light mode, with accommodating background and ink color inversions, could be an option within the app. Thanks.
