Please add a feature that allows converting a fountain pen stroke into a pencil or other pen tools, as well as a line style conversion feature (solid, dashed, dotted).
Pen tool conversion
Fountain pen → Ballpoint penFountain pen → Brush
Fountain pen → Pencil
Brush → Fountain pen
Brush → Ballpoint pen
Brush → Pencil
Pencil → Fountain pen
Pencil → Brush
Pencil → Ballpoint pen
Conversion to ballpoint pen (from brush, fountain pen, or pencil) is possible,
but reverse conversion from ballpoint pen to fountain pen, brush, or pencil is not feasible,
because ballpoint pen strokes cannot reproduce Apple Pencil tip tilt and pressure data.Line style conversion
Solid line ↔ Dashed lineSolid line ↔ Dotted line

1) GoodNotes icon and menu tab color theme (Document Tab color change)
: A theme option that allows changing the background color of the menu tabs, as well as the lined or highlighted UI elements used throughout GoodNotes.2) Tab color theme feature (Menu tab background color change)
: An option to change the color of GoodNotes tabs. Recently, many devices have switched to OLED displays. OLED panels are particularly vulnerable to blue-toned colors, which can cause image retention or burn-in. While the current blue color scheme of GoodNotes is visually appealing, long-term use increases the risk of image retention.3) Unified theme settings (Menu Tab background color + Document Tab color all change)
: Please add a theme option in Settings that allows users to change the menu tab colors, GoodNotes icon color, and tab colors all at once.I believe these theme customization options would improve usability, reduce display fatigue, and better adapt GoodNotes to a wider range of modern devices.

The Good Note UI is designated blue by default, and I want to change the UI with various colors. I hope they add theme features like this.

Currently, GoodNotes only offers a highlighter with rounded edges. I would like to suggest adding a square-edged (sharp-cornered) highlighter option as well, which would be useful for cleaner, more precise highlighting—especially in documents, textbooks, and structured notes.

I have been impressed to see the Liquid Glass UI recently introduced in iPadOS being gradually adopted by apps such as Craft and others. This design goes beyond visual appeal—it allows users to focus more on content while the interface naturally recedes into the background, which I believe makes it especially well-suited for creative work.
Since GoodNotes is an app centered around creative thinking, such as handwriting, sketching, and organizing thoughts, I believe applying the Liquid Glass UI could offer the following benefits:
Toolbars and UI elements would feel visually lighter,
→ allowing users to focus more on their writing and ideas.Semi-transparent and fluid UI elements could
→ enhance immersion and spatial depth, similar to writing on real paper.Greater consistency with the latest iPadOS design language,
→ positioning GoodNotes as a flagship app that feels perfectly at home on the platform.Of course, I understand that performance and stability are the highest priorities. However, if possible, I would appreciate it if the Liquid Glass UI could be introduced to GoodNotes even as an optional on/off setting.
I believe this could help GoodNotes evolve further, both in terms of design and emotional appeal.
Thank you, as always, for creating such a great app. I would appreciate it if you could consider this as a small reference for the future design direction of GoodNotes.

I would like to suggest adding a “Hide Page” / “Make Page Invisible” feature in Goodnotes, similar to the Hide Slide function in PowerPoint.
In Goodnotes, the page layout view already shows all pages and slides in a document. However, similar to how hidden slides in a PowerPoint presentation still exist in the slide list but do not appear during a slideshow, it would be very useful if Goodnotes allowed pages to exist in the page layout while being excluded from the main scrolling view.
In other words, even though the page remains in the document and is visible in the page layout panel, it would not appear when scrolling through the document vertically (or horizontally, depending on the user’s scroll settings).
This feature would be especially helpful for managing draft pages, reference pages, or temporary content without deleting or moving them to a separate document.
