Recognize a double-tap to change to drawing mode. Could also do triple-tap to change to erase. Or let user assign the action.

Integrate Apple shortcuts as workflow
Hi there.
It would be useful to have better integration with Apple shortcuts. For example, something simple like "email document to this sender" would make workflows more efficient. I'm often emailing documents to one particular sender, so by having a single button to press to email a document to the same sender would be beneficial. Other examples would be to import documents to Goodnotes, or export them to a folder.6 votes -
Put the COPY option back to its former position (pre 5.7.8/9).
Move the COPY option back to the middle of the options when using the lasso tool. Having to move my hand/pencil all the way to the left (or to either far side, for that matter) is not intuitive for left or right-handed people.

Support the ability to export deep links
Deep links are a game-changing feature of apps like Craft. They allow me to save a link in the form appname://open?fileID=xxxxxx which is fantastic for archiving, planning, references, and other workflows. I don’t want to use shareable links for this purpose because it’s less efficient.

Bring the Mac-version SIDEBAR to the iPad!
It would be great to have the option to use a sidebar like the one we already have in the Mac version also on the iPad. Especially on large iPads this would be an easy, fast, convenient and clear way of navigating around larger documents.

Foldable pages
Being able to fold a part of a page or a full page, akin to toggle list in notion. That would be immensely useful.

Integrate Native Gestures for copy and paste.
Right now good notes doesn't support pinching with three fingers to copy and pinching out to paste. The only option is to hold for a second until the copy option pops up which is a bit tedious and slow.

„indefinite“ / bigger worksheet / page surface
Please consider to add a huge sheet as an option (bigger than A0). That would be great (like OneNote has it) .A really big sheet (with lines or squares) where you can brainsorm and load pictures and other pdf in it. if you add a pdf the sheet will get bigger.
This would also be great for students who have a big script and want to add note to the side of the document insead of adding new pages3 votes -
icloud for specific notebooks
Can you allow iCloud only for certain notebooks? I dont want to back up everything on Icloud since I have unlimited google drive storage, but I need to sync a planner between my iphone and goodnotes so this would be really handy! Thanks <3

Goodnotes as the better Anki: bigger flash cards, zooming feature and more…
Goodnotes is great. With the flash card option it is even greater and holds the potential to compete with Anki, the best-known provider for the creation of flash cards for effective and sustainable learning, since a lot of students like to write by hand which is not possible with Anki. Especially since the Anki app for tablets is available for the great expense of € 27.99. Goodnotes could attract a lot of customers with an expansion of the feature.
At the moment, however, studying with more detailed flash cards on good notes is very exhausting as the content is displayed…

Insert Sticker in center of your current view/zoom - not the page
Insert Stickers in the center of the current view. Currently it’s centered on your current page, so you always have to zoom out, lasso it, pull it to your view area and then zoom in to improve the alignment.

A better way to organize so many accumulated folders, notebooks, pages
I've been using Goodnotes 5 for several years both for work and for personal affairs. It's my go-to for note-taking, info filing, etc. (My Notability has gone into the Cloud, maybe forever ..).
With frequent use over time, the problem is what I stated on the subject line. I know there's a way to "favorite" a page, a folder, etc. And yes, there is a SEARCH bar.
But there does not seem to be flexibility in customizing my "library" of materials, and the layout of the main page (currently only by date, name, type) to enable me to feel better…

Toolbar should be available at all the sides
Right now the toolbar is placed at the top or at the bottom. But while working and taking notes, it requires to change the tool from highlighter to pen or vice-versa many a time. And on IPAD PRO 12.9 Inch the reach is not easy to change the tool. So if the toolbar is placed vertically on both the side then it can reduce the efforts of user. Thank you for hearing out! Links automatically clickable
I'm used to always copying & pasting links into my notes in order to support my research. It's frustrating that I can't do this in GoodNotes. If I copy & paste a link into a text box, it wont be clickable. Please consider making this feature a top priority in future updates because it is required for students, teachers and people doing research. My notes aren't as useful when I can't include links that will work. I really just want to be able to tap on a link to open it and then tap back to go to the GoodNotes…
