Inverse questions and answers in flashcard
There should be a way to reverse the flash card to learn the questions from the answers? Quizlet, a competing app, does this, and I can't find the equivalent on Goodnotes :(

Random smart learning
When using the “Learning resource cards,” there are two modes: “free trial” and “smart learning.” There is a really useful option in the free trial called “random,” which allows you to randomly start from either the question or the answer of a card. I’m wondering why this random setting isn’t available in smart learning yet. It’s really helpful for learning vocabulary in a foreign language and similar things, but we can’t do that in smart learning.

expand/collapse pages
It would be ideal if pages could be expanded or collapsed,
similar to chapters.
When working with multiple pages in a document (as shown in the image),
this feature would reduce the visible page count and allow users

Pen thickness adjustment
Allow the pen thickness adjustment have plus or minus options with/without slider
Everytime it's annoying to adjust the slider for 0.05mm thickness with accuracy. It's time consuming to adjust stroke with careful slight movement.12 votes -

Finde es sehr schade dass Mann jetzt noch mehr bezahlen soll nur um Bilder erstellen zu können wenn man GoodNotes einmalig gekauft hat also GoodNotes 6 (nachdem man schon GoodNotes 5 bezahlt hat) wird es jetzt nochmal teurer…. Finde echt das Mann das hätte anders regeln können ! Bin sehr enttäuscht

Setting that stops words from splitting
I would like to suggest a feature that prevents words from splitting. Every time I write into a text box the words get split. One part of the word is at the end of the line and the other half on a new line. It would be great if good notes added a feature for hyphenation just like Ms Word, Adobe InDesign etc.

keep selected input option (GN6)
After updating to GN6 the input keep reverting back to the lasso tool. If im typing in a box and happen to tap out side the box it automatically reverts to lasso. And i have to go back and tap on the text option to start typing again.

Export/copy transcript feature improvements
I love the audio transcription feature and use it regularly for work. Right now, however, it's not easy to navigate the transcripts because they all compile into the same space and you can't jump to the most recent transcript. So, I'd love to see some changes to how the transcripts are organized:

Can‘t find the one time payment option
Until now i have been paying per the yearly plan, because i wasn‘t sure if i would be continuing my use of the app. Now i would like to change to the one time payment option, but i do not know where i could switch. Under payment methods in the apple store they just show me the yearly payment plans.

Eraser
We have two gesture options, squeeze and double tap. I would love to be able to set squeeze to bring up/put away the eraser and double tap to switch between my two most recent tools, but ignore the eraser as an option. That way i can go back and forth between my pen a highlighter without having the erase override one. Example: highlight something, double tap to write with the pen, squeeze to erase a mistake, squeeze to return to pen, double tap to go to highlighter.The highlighter/pen sequence could be totally separate from the eraser function.

Do not automatically scroll to the end of the new page when pulling to add a page
The current behavior makes no sense. Why would I want to go to the end of the new page? Obviously, I want to be at its beginning. Why would adding a page even change my position is beyond me.

Smarter Auto-Return to Last Writing Tool
I want to describe my workflow to clarify the feature I'm asking for. I use the Apple Pencil with Goodnotes, and when I double tap the Pencil, it switches to the eraser. After I finish erasing, Goodnotes already has an option to return to the previous tool automatically, which is great.
The issue is that this behavior only works in some situations. I need a dedicated setting that guarantees the following:

Delete password protected notebooks when the password is lost
I would like to delete a password protected notebook, I no longer have the password for. Not open, just delete.

Adaptive Pencil Size by Zooming
Minimum and Maximum size of the pencil and adaptive size when zooming from very close to far away.
This would help to have more consisten sizes when workinh on big mind maps.

Highlighting to Notes
Its like the highlights app. It would be best if what i highlighted will automatically be inserted into a file that will serve as my notes wherein i don't have to type anymore and that i can then export it as a pdf file
