Es würde den Arbeitsprozess wesentlich erleichtern, wenn es eine einfache und unkomplizierte Hoch- & Tiefstellfunktion geben würde. So könnte man z.B chemische Formeln weniger aufwendiger in seine Texte einbauen.

Adding the OCR-Layer afterwards
I had scanned a text with an scanner that dosen't has the function to adding an OCR-Layer to the PDF-file. (You have to know that the OCR-Layer is the function for GoodNotes/the iPad to read the words in that file). That's why I am not able to search the words from this scan at the searching-tool. I thought that it would be nice having the function to add this layer after you already scanned the document from an extern device. I use an extern scanner because the quality is much better than that from the iPad-camera.

Favourites red star
Can you make multiple star colours or only red. I would like to rank my favourites from green for most favourite to red, blue or any colour for the star colour.

Export to multiple places at once
Right now if you want to export to multiple places like files and google drive you have to do it individually and name the file multiple times. It would be a lot easier if we could select multiple places when exporting.

Choose documents for device or cloud
I wish to be able to choose which documents to share to devices, and which to leave in the clouds. I want my planner on my phone and iPad, but I don’t need my notes from work on my iPad.

there are many gestures and keyboard shortcuts. despite searching the web, I have not been able to find a comprehensive list or overview of the various gestures and keyboard shortcuts.
please show a combined list (list the short cut & the gesture behind the same function in the web or in the app under help

Sync with Google Drive (not Auto-backup)
My intended primary use for Goodnotes is to markup PDFs. These PDFs are already organised in Google Drive, and I would like to edit these files directly (rather than having the edited versions saved elsewhere).

The latest edition of Goodnote has cancelled the brushstrokes. It is really disturbing. Please return the tip of a writing brush or we have no choice but to use other app which can provide the brushstokes function. Please!!!

GoodNotes 5 upgrade free
I’m a medical student in Japan. I can’t study medicine without good notes!
Please give me another chance to free upgrade to GoodNotes 5.
In addition,I’ve paid the full price for GoodNotes 4.
I truely apologize for not getting the free upgrade before January 15th,2020 in spite of your highly recommendation.
However, my father purchases GoodNotes 5 today and it made me want to use version 5 notes.
I would be grateful if you could give me another chance!

google slides and google docs compatibility
In all other versions of Goodnotes I could import a google doc or google slide directly. Please bring this back. Almost all teachers need this functionality and it will turn us away from the app. I am really disappointed that after updating the app version this functionality has been lost.

Left-handed option for lasso resize
It is very awkward for left-handed people to resize lasso-ed items by dragging the lower left corner. Would be great if the delete and resize buttons (in opposite corners) could be reversed for lefties!

バックアップするデータの指定
現状、iCloudバックアップはGoodNotes5に保存している全てのデータを自動でCloudにアップロードして他のデバイスでファイルに加えた変更が反映されるようになっているがデバイスごとの容量の違いから読み込めないファイルが発生してしまい容量の小さい方のデバイスでiCloudバックアップをオンにできない状況が発生しています。
例えば自分はiPad Pro(512Gb)とiPad mini(64Gb)を使っています。iPad Pro内のGoodNotes5に保存したデータが100Gbを超えており全てiCloudにアップロードしています。しかしiPadminiの容量が足りないためにiPadmini内のGoodNotes5のiCloudバックアップをオンにできない状況です。
この解決策としてGoodNotes5内の全てのファイルをiCloudにアップロードする必要はないため、アップロードするファイルを選択して使えるようにできたらより便利になると思います。

Suggestion for improving the search functionality 検索機能の充実『ファイルを複数指定してその範囲で検索』
Right now there are only two ways to search the text content of your notes. You can search in the file that is currently open or you can search all of your files at once. I think it would be extremely useful if you could specify which files to perform the search on.

Saving highlighter and pen presets to iCloud
It would be great if the highlighter and pen presets could be saved to iCloud. Recently, I accidentally deleted Goodnotes 5 on my iPad and I had to deal with setting my highlighter and pen presets all over again. Some of the colours are different from the set of presets I had earlier on.

Scrolling in IPad Pro Magic Keypad Track?
I cannot scroll the IPad Pro up and down when using Apple Magic KeyBoard like I use in the Notability. It is really inconvenient when reading the documents

Zoom window blue area after return size
The Zoom window is too small when it moves to the next line. If you want to indent, it's really annoying to have to advance it to get a full sized window.

Sorry, if I missed an existing feature request or if this feature is already available.
I love GoodNotes for digitally signing documents; for this, it would be great to have a feature like "Mark as final" for protecting documents or notes from further modifications.6 votes
