I have recently decided to stop using Good Notes because this feature dos not exist. I came here hoping for an "It's in development" note.

I pay for good notes and have taken all of my notes for medical school on good notes so far so it would be an absolute pain to switch note taking apps, that being said, I’ve discovered mind maps for studying and it’s revolutionised the way I learn and I just hit an absolute wall every time with the constraints of the page. Genuinely considering moving to concepts purely for this feature

Please consider this feature to be added! I'm actually about to move to Canvas solely because they have this feature and GoodNotes doesn't and it's absolutely game changing for my university note taking.

Please, Please Add this we need a Feature like Infinite Canvas which has the ability to make Scenes like Freeform so we can tag and jump in regions of the canvas.

the 3817 screenshot demonstrates, how big that page is, compared than A4 page…it is limited, but trust me, it is so big, it is sort of unlimited. i in fact, did a huge mind map for uni. it worked really well. i hope this helps and answers your question (as you can see on my screenshots, i’m german..)

It really helps with mind mapping and organizing ideas. It’s especially useful when you’re connecting concepts that don’t fit neatly into a single page. Hopefully, more apps catch on to this

This is the reason I and many other are using Nebo instead of Goodnotes. Please add this feature. This the biggest advantage of taking notes on iPad vs Paper.

for me the most important missing feature (next to layers). The infinite camvas is why I have to use miro for specific purposes, although I would much rather use Goodnotes for these as well.

I’d like it if it was in ability almost like a new notebook type because sometimes I don’t want an infinite canvas so if it was like another type of selection, you know like with notebook add audio recording add file and then there would be an infinite canvas then you could like title it and stuff

Seems like a no-brainer… page breaks break my design flow. They are great for other things though. Is this not on an announced upcoming feature list for a v6 dot release?

I would also appreciate to decide if a notebook has invite or paper format canvas.

Further, coming from Remarkable, I VERY much like the infinite paper concept where you just keep adding to it. You’re not having to work within the artificial confines of a pice of paper, this thing is digital, why restrict yourself? Now I can see on export how it might be problematic, but I’m sure if needed it could be designed to break up the content to fit on sheets if required for export to a PDF.
