normal pointer or mouse cursor for the Mac version.
Sometimes I want to copy worlds out for googling or something like that. To get a better workflow with Goodnotes 5 for Mac it wood be nice to have a common mouse cursor in the toolbar. Than you can mark worlds or sentences and copy them out.

Goodnotes Available to view and edit online
Much like Google Docs or One Note, It would be nice to have an online access point to view and edit notes. This can be a solution to the unavailable PC App and viewing on a stranger computer, where you may not want to spend the time to download the app. (i.e. Group projects/study Share)

Quick toggle/gesture between ‘read-only’ and ‘edit’ modes
I would love to see a quick toggle (like the double tap on Apple Pencil) to easily change to and from read-only mode. Maybe a gesture like the two-finger double tap for ‘undo’. This would be very helpful for being able to click hyperlinks and quickly navigating a document with many pages.

Pens
I know there are several posts like this but I think it would benefit ALL users if we had more pen choices. I would definitely understand if there’s a reason as to why there’s only 2... but I can’t think of one and as this IS a note taking app. Since this replaces the pen and paper method,I would think it makes sense that those creating/updating GoodNotes would want their users to have the most realistic writing experience when using the app. If using pen and paper, there are far more than 2 choices to write with and digital note…

Remove unneeded symbols (dashes, underscores, plus signs) from file names on import.
Goodnotes should have an option to automatically remove these unnecessary file name artifacts instead of manually having to remove them on import.

Smooth scrolling with the magic keyboard up and down keys like in Safari.
When using the up and down keys on the magic keyboard for the iPad Pro, scrolling in Good Notes 5 has no smooth animation, but harsh stops. In Safari the scrolling animation is really smooth, and gives a more convenient experience when reading long documents.

Ancak çerçeveler ile bir sayfaya gittikten sonra, tekrar başka bir sayfaya gitmek için çerçeveler sekmesini açtığımızda, çerçeveler in en başı çıkıyor ve tekrar aşağı inmek zorunda kalıyoruz. Mesela cevap anahtarı olan bir soru bankasında soru çözerken, soru sayfası ile sondaki cevap anahtarı arasında git gel yapmak zorlaşıyor. Bence çerçeveler sayfası açıldığında kullanılan sayfa en ortada olacak şekilde açılmalı. En baş sayfa en üstte olmamalı.

font collection
i use goodnotes to write all my class notes. even though it performs really well its very sad that its has only a handful of fonts of which most of them are creepy.
so i used custom fonts to get the job done. but after ipados 14 apple limited font access by system fonts only. as a result even after installing custom profiles i am not able to see the installed fonts. many other apps like procreate can still use installed fonts..the new goodnotes in ipados 14 fails to do so which frustrates me a lot. kindly update the app…2 votes -
Detect duplicated documents when adding a new one
When adding a new document (PDF) to Goodnotes, it would great to check if the document is not already in the library (Apple Books does that already).

Text selection tool for iPadOS
Just dragging the pencil over the txt should select and allow drag and drop
Copy , cut and paste - the Text must be from the PDF and not what’s added by goodnotes

Different Color palette based on white or black template

Web Access to goodnote content
besides Mac ecosystem IF and WHEN someone needs to search and extract or share contents from Goodnote in front of a computer it'd be perfect if there's a web portal or web app allowing one to get access to those and work on a PC or Mac machine as well.

Stop scrolling movement upon finger contact with trackpad.
In other apps when you scroll at speed, and then contact the trackpad with your fingers, the scrolling stops immediately. However, in GoodNotes, scrolling does not stop even when fingers contact the trackpad.
Having a scrolling behavior that stops exactly when you want it to makes it much easier to quickly see a page as you scroll so that you know whether you’re on the right page yet, and also allows you to quickly scroll a single page down with a flick of the fingers, and then stop it immediately. Inking Engine - Smoothing
Some tools like NotesPlus and Noteshelf seem to improve my handwriting so it is Smoother and more while other tools like GoodNotes don’t do this.
My writing seems to be more angular and ragged in GoodNotes.
I wonder if the authors of Good Notes have reviewed these other packages to get a sense of a different writing experience ?
Is this an area GoodNotes might address?

Open Data Format for GoodNotes
I’ve just had a bad experience with NotesPlus in which the app has had a series of really bad software problems.
In looking for replacements, I am extremely worried about vendor lock in where the editable version of my data is locked away inside a black box.
