Tool drücken um wieder ein Textbalken zu platzieren früher blieb man in dem Modus.

Use page names rather than page numbers when creating links
When we create a link to another page within our documents we currently have to specify by page number. For documents with many pages it's not helpful having to remember which page has what information.
All the pages can be renamed, so it would make sense if those names were displayed in addition to the page number.
That would allow a quick way of identifying and linking to a specific page.
The thumbnails that do show are often far too small to allow you to see the page's content.

Scroll to add new page
When scrolling to add a new page it auto jumps to the bottom of the new page. Instead it should stay at the top of the new page as this is where you will be writing next

double click to activate text box
There was a time, in a previous version, where I could double tap a mouse or trackpad and a text box would appear. It would be great if that could return as it makes for a more seamless experience.

New updates are glitchier/less smooth than previous releases!
Writing using pens is glitchy, I see the line or letter I am drawing flicker from visible / invisible, drawing shapes is terrible and can't be rotated! Erasing seems glitchy with shapes too.
Please revert back to old releases until the bugs are worked out on these new algorithms, because the writing process is now, at this point, user UNfriendly.

Please return the Timekeeper and Bookmark to before the update
After the update, the timekeeper is hidden and the time seems too small, so it's uncomfortable. Please return the bookmarks as well

The context can be strange because I use a translator. Please understand.
1. Laser points written as lines have become less readable since this update. Please go back to before the update.
2. I wish I could modify the sidebar. In my case, I don't use pencils well and often use nooses, so it would be convenient if I could add nooses to the sidebar. 物件選單統一並可自訂調整
最近大量使用套索工具，還有複製貼上筆記在不同的檔案
舉例來說我在文件A使用套索工具選取筆記，如果要複製到剪貼簿，必須圈選完點右邊的的更多選單，才能選取複製。不然就是要複製在該頁面，然後剪下，才能在文件B貼上筆記
此外，貼上的筆記的選單也跟圈選時不一樣，因為編輯有時候有特定且大量的操作，希望整個自訂功能可以完善，自訂出一條在個人使用特定幾個編輯功能可以最有效率的工具清單~1 vote -

zoom in and zoom out of text documents using the two-finger pinch gesture.
I would like to request a feature that would greatly improve the reading experience in GoodNotes. Currently, when working with typed or text-based documents, it is not always possible to zoom in and zoom out smoothly using a two-finger pinch gesture like we do with PDFs or images.
It would be very helpful if GoodNotes allowed users to zoom in and zoom out of text documents using the two-finger pinch gesture. This feature would make it easier to read, review, and navigate through typed notes, especially on smaller screens.

3 thumbnails on the ipad mini
4 thumbnails in one row makes it very hard to see what page is it. 3 thumbnails should be better to discern what is the page contents.

Suggestion for Changing the Hover Cursor to a Pencil Icon
I would like to respectfully suggest that the cursor icon displayed while hovering be changed from the current dotted shape to a pencil icon.
I use Goodnotes while giving online lectures, and I find the current dotted cursor neither aesthetically pleasing nor easy to see. As a result, it can be difficult to clearly track the pen position while writing. I believe that changing the cursor to a pencil-shaped icon would greatly improve both visibility and the overall user experience.

Clearing multiple pages at once
I need the option to clear more than one page at once within one notebook. Otherwise i‘m manually clearing 10 pages one after antoher which is unnecessarily time consuming. Thanku

Worst
When I try to write with the keyboard, the text doesn’t appear right away — it’s like the touch input isn’t responding properly. This kind of issue feels unacceptable, especially for a note-taking app. Previously, I could simply tap and type immediately, but now I have to tap, type, then click twice on the screen before my previous note ends, and even then, I need to press the keyboard tool or “T” again to start typing a new note. Flashcards Size Too Small On Mobile Phone
The current flashcards are too small to view comfortably on a phone. When I edit the flashcards on my iPad and send them to my phone for convenience, the text size remains too small, making it difficult to read without looking very closely.
Please make the flashcards bigger(at least 4/3 of the screen? ) and more accessible to view on the phone.

[Lock Objects] Make lock harder to unlock
Now that lock has been implemented, I find it too easy to select the locked object, making writing on top of it difficult.
How about something like a long press to unlock or something like that so the locked item stays locked and unselected.

Apple Pencil latency needs to be reduced
Easy to replicate - write absolutely anything and you will see a gap between your pencil tip and the ink appearing on-screen. Mine is about half a second behind on the newest iPad Pro M4 13-inch with a Pencil Pro. This should really be optimized.

Writing text on drawn boxes
In the recent update, everything fell apart. I strongly recommend a HCI team that conducts research on UI properties before making radical changes to the whole experience. Some strong changes can deter existing users!
Also, just like the android phones and the iPhone, please make the experience almost identical in some areas, as it encourages migration according to users needs without hesitation. For me, the only strength for Goodnotes is its backup and sync feature. So make sure the differentiation on that front is robust, while slowly improving other features. How does this help?
