1. Hold and Fill Color, Deletion of the outlines

   When you draw something and hold, there'll be a faded color of your pen inside the shape. The latest update make me couldn't delete the outline of the shape and that makes taking notes way worseee. I love those more than highlighting. PLEASE BRING IT BACKKKK I BEG.

3. links - improve usability

   Goodnotes has implemented links to websites as well as internal pages for some time now. However, they are still incredibly cumbersome to use, especially for handwriters. I propose the following improvements:

   1) Internal links
   In most cases the page one wants to link to is already open in another tab or window side by side. But to create a link there we still have to navigate to this page again within the link creation dialogue.
   It would be faster and more intuitive to have an additional entry in the document menu and page browser to simply copy a link to the currently viewed page. see images
   Then I go back to the tab i‘m actually working in and paste the link there, thereby automatically creating a new textbox with the link (and some generic link name).

   2) External links
   Atm we can drag a url from the browsers address bar to a page in GN. While fast this usually doesn’t work too well. Sometimes GN recognizes the plain text as possible link automatically, but not always. Also, links to specific pages are usually quite a bit longer than just the domain name and thus unsuitable for plain text. But starting a new textbox, typing something, selecting it and than adding a link is waaaay to slow and awkward.
   I propose this behavior instead. When i drag a url from the address bar onto GN it should recognize this and automatically create textbox with a link, with the top lvl domain name as link text and the url as link target. If the user wants a different link text, it can always be changed later with the existing dialogue. (which is buggy and unreliable btw.)

   The existing baseline functionality of adding a link to a word somewhere inside a lengthier typed text would not be changed by this.

4. Scribble to delete

   Scribble to delete is a nice feature. Unfortunately if turned on, it accidentally deletes drawings. Would it be possible to delete by scribble only at FAST pencil movements?

5. Rundungen in Ecken deaktivieren

   Seit dem letzten Windows Update werden bei der automatischen Linienführung Rundungen in den Ecken erstellt. Dies sollte deaktiviert werden können. Ich nutze Goodnotes im Unterricht um Elektroschemas und Elektrosymbole zu zeichnen. Goodnotes ist das einzige mir bekannte Programm, welches diese Funktion so gut beherrscht. Daher empfehle ich es jedem Lernenden und jeder Lehrperson weiter. Bitte mit dem nächsten Update die automatische Linienführung mit Ecken wieder möglich machen.

7. Support LAMY safari note+ stylus features?

   Could Goodnotes use the free LAMY iPadOS SDK framework to support all LAMY safari note+ features?

   Lamy is a well-known pen company that recently released an iOS-compatible digital writing stylus, the safari note+, named in part after its iconic fountain pen of the same shape. This stylus features two assignable buttons in addition to pressure sensitivity, palm rejection etc. on apps that support it. Goodnotes does not support those features currently.

   Under a list of recommended apps (Goodnotes included) LAMY calls out that other app's developers could support the safari note+'s features using the free-of-charge LAMY iPadOS SDK framework. Given the LAMY safari's popularity in the fountain pen world, and the likely overlap with Goodnotes users, it would be worthwhile to support the note+. The two assignable buttons alone is also a very compelling feature that offers a wide range of possibilities to advance our note taking.

8. Enlaces y tipo test

   Ante todo, me gustaría agradeceros vuestro trabajo, ya que me resulta de gran ayuda en mi rutina diaria de estudio.
   Más que un problema, se trata de una mejora, pero con la tarea intensiva de anotar y organizar la documentación, casi llega a convertirse en un inconveniente. Si bien es cierto que existe acceso directo a los diagramas, lo cual es útil, hay situaciones en las que se requiere un enlace a un punto específico del documento. En mi caso, suelo crear una especie de menú en la parte superior de muchas páginas con enlaces, pero necesitaría que estos estuvieran disponibles en todas las páginas. Copiarlos uno por uno consume mucho tiempo, por lo que me gustaría sugerir la posibilidad de duplicar o insertar un enlace en todas las páginas, como ofrecen otros programas de gestión de PDF.
   Por otro lado, en mi caso tengo preguntas tipo test extraídas de un PDF, cada una con su enunciado y sus cuatro opciones correspondientes. Sería de gran utilidad contar con una opción que permitiera duplicar todas las páginas de una sola vez, una tras otra, para poder trabajar con las preguntas y respuestas, incluyendo una marca que señale la opción correcta.
   Muchas gracias por tu atención y por seguir mejorando esta herramienta.

9. Goodnotes won’t allow you to type in a hex code to change the TEXT color on any of their new opaque auto-shapes.

   The latest Goodnotes doesn’t let you type in a hex code to change the TEXT color on a SHAPE. This happens on the Custom tab of the Color Change pop-up window when you select the text on a shape and then click the color dot on the pop-up menu to change the TEXT color. Goodnotes doesn’t let you insert your cursor into the Hex Code box. There are just a bunch of zeroes in the Hex Code box that you can’t overwrite.
   The shapes themselves can be updated using a typed-in hex code, but not their built-in text. This problem happens regardless of which auto-shape you are using, including the triangle, circle, diamond, square, and auto-detect shapes.

10. Présentation barre d'outil sélection de texte

    Depuis la dernière mise à jour, les symboles des outils pour écrire des zones de texte ont changé (je les mets en photo). Sauf que quand je veux souligner quelque chose, j'ai le réflexe de cliquer sur les Aa soulignés au lieu de cliquer sur le Bi.
    Je pense que l'outil qui permet de changer de police ne devrait pas être souligné car notre œil est attiré vers ça au lieu de cliquer sur le bon outil ! C'est l'outil Bi qui devrait être souligné !

12. no constant zooming

    The zoom affects the handwriting a lot.
    In my opinion, the Zoom window bears no resemblance to writing on real paper.
    Therefore, I would be grateful for the addition of a constant zoom function.

13. Ridiculous “new” text box function

    Please for the love of God, bring back the old version of using the “keyboard” icon to simply type onto the notebook. This useless text box option does NOT work and the text doesn’t even sit on the notebook lines anymore. It is completely pointless. I can’t type anymore and I can no longer edit offline either! I pay every year to use your product and I’m happy to do so because I use it to teach. Honestly, if the text box doesn’t go, I will find a better alternative because I cannot work like this.
    I’m incredibly frustrated and annoyed. Please bring back the previous function, and quickly. Thank you

15. Fix issues

    You keep changing things and some of the changes are cool, other terrible
    First you changed it so that you can no longer resize and rotate stickers simultaneously. Now you can’t rotate snapped to shape from freehand shapes which is really annoying and basically means I can’t use the feature. Also the floating pen options obscure my page.

16. tasks/to do android

    I use goodnotes for meeting notes. I would love the ability to create a shortcut or easy way to link my notes to new tasks that have been assigned or carried over to a new notebook.. happy to chat with anyone willing to listen about how this could work and willing to test it out!! :)

20. Add option to disable page snapping when scrolling to different pages

    in Goodnotes 6, I noticed that when I just try to scroll slightly down to the bottom of a page it will auto snap me to the center of the next page, and vice versa when scrolling to the top part of a page. Please add a function to disable this.
