UX research question
Quick question for anyone running UX research — how effective have user experience surveys been for you? I’m debating whether to include one in our next product cycle, but I’m worried about low response quality or people just rushing through them. Worth it?

Surveys can be a goldmine if you design them right. I’ve had mixed results in the past, but I finally figured out how to make them more effective after reading this guide on user experience surveys https://clay.global/blog/ux-guide/ux-surveys . It dives into everything from choosing the right types of questions (open vs closed), to when and how to send them, and even how to avoid bias in your wording. What really helped me was learning how to frame questions so people want to give thoughtful answers. Definitely give it a read — it might shift how you approach surveys altogether.
